True is Robert was always bit better than collagues from team but it still wasnt enough in Poland to play on top level.His entire carrier is extremely hard work,motivation ,blood,sweat and tears !!! Thats a reason why his confidence its from outer world!!! Hes superstar of last decade and hes sure about it!

The problem with Lewandowski is that he’s had a below average to average national team with Poland where the for the most part, the Polish National Team hasen’t been able to get a strong team around him.

How do I best describe him? Genius. Robert Lewandowski must be considered among the best strikers in history. I won't call him GOAT but...If there are 2 minutes left in the game and my side is down by 1 and I could pick any striker in the world to come in and equalize, he would be Polish, wear #9, and play for Barcelona...Yes even ahead of Messi whom I love and respect. As a Bayern Munich Fan it hurts to say that he is *still* one of the best or even the best striker in the world right now. Of course it makes me sad that he left Bayern Munich, but I wish him all the best for the future and even when he didn‘t won the Ballon D‘Or we all know that he supposed to. (But against Bayern Munich it would be great of him to calm a little bit down😉)

well done! Lewa's development was incredible. and the bvb team 2013 was perhaps the best bvb team of all time, unfortunately without a cl crown. but lewa is also a tough career type who pursues his goals. moving to bayern to win titles. so i'm counting on a move to barcelona. that's still missing in his résumé to finally catch up with messi and ronaldo.

@@Sodomizxr Not really. I am seeing both sides. 1.Contracts are made to be bound to a club. If they now let Lewandowski go it will be seen as an example for other players who want to leave on a whim because their team did not do well in the past couple of weeks/months. Also Bayern has no direct replacement for a striker such as Lewandowski which is "surprisingly" not easy to find. 2.For Lewandowskis side ofc he won everything he can with Bayern Munich and is looking for a new challenge which is Barca for him. He won't get younger and better and wants to play for a different club with his actual skills which is totally understandable. Overall it is a really tough decision. For me personally I would not mind either if they let him go or keep him.

Lol no. While Lewandowski could (and maybe should) be playing as a 10 in Polish national team, we lack a lot of good players. We lack decent wingers (neither Cash nor Zalewski are wingers and only Frankowski plays at national level at the moment) and decent DMs (Krychowiak was a good DM during his time at Sevilla, but he's not anymore, Bielik is injury prone, Góralski is a risk to the team). Other than that we could have a decent team if our players could make 2-3 forward passes without losing the ball, but in most cases passes miss the target.

@@michamarkowski2204 I think we have many more options still being undiscovered e.g Wolski to 10 with Lewy up front. Zieliński- Moder (when healed) - Szymański composing a midfield. Defensive block with Cash and Zelewski on sides and three centre- backs alike Kiwior- Bednarek- Walukiewicz (give it a real go). Szczęsny keeps behind. With some interesting players from Raków like Kun and Ledermann. Bielik (come back soon), Milik, Żurkowski, Karbownik (hope so). I can't see substitutes for centre- backs though. Glik is old and bygone. Piątkowski needs to play regularly.

@@kazikowski1976 You're too optimistic. Milik's last good performances in the national team were before Euro 2016. Wolski, Karbownik, Piątkowski, Kun and Ledermann are far below international level. Żurkowski could be an option, but he's rather 8 than 6. We have a lot of decent 8s, few 10s and no 6s.

I was someone who would dominate on top with just my speed and physicality but as i went up in divisions it got harder and harder to run past a defender. Started to play futsal and like a brazilian and now I just score everything , you have to learn how to adapt in the game of soccer in order to win.
