For what I understood, Nergal is shocked that Limstella of all people betrayed him. Then they talks about a research made by Nergal, it's implied to be about his wife.

Its a fan-made rom hack of Fire Emblem 7. There are hacking tools available that make it relatively easy to insert custom character designs.

As well as that, there's only one "new" animation, should the question arise at some point-- that one being the fifth one shown in the video, the woman with the scythe. I can't understand Japanese, but that might mean she's an important character? They usually get their own animations. There are character animations from both FE7 and FE8-- Lyn's Beta Durandal animation is the sixth animation shown, along with the Gargoyle [The demon-lady wielding a blunt staff], and Ephraim [Prepromote] animations in there somewhere. There's also Roy's ranged Sealed Sword hit effect in there just after 8:00, as well. Eirika's attack animation wasn't shown, but her icon is there on the map, too-- and her re-skin was attacked at some point.

The scythe weilder was the eirika map sprite.

It's 120. 1:16 Hector's battle forcast shows Nergal's HP at 99. Backup to Eliwood, he deals 13 damage to Nergal: 99+13 = 112. Backup to Lyn, she deals 8 damage to Nergal: 112+8=120.
