Whoa@@Brewzerr. You forget Bill Stephenson from the Descendents and Black Flag.
@Brewzerr5 жыл бұрын
Zomby Woof - Stevenson is killer. Top notch punk drummer for sure, but not quite on the same level as the other 3 aforementioned. If I had said “top 5” instead of “top 3”, then Stevenson would have easily placed at #4. My #5 pick would be Richard “Skitchblade” Katchadoorian from the original lineup of Shattered Faith. Not very well known, but he had the stuff. He was killed in a really nasty car accident in 1981, before he really got a chance to make a name for himself.
@zombywoof91885 жыл бұрын
@@Brewzerr I'm not familiar with Stickblade but I think Bill's every bit as good as Lucky, another favorite of mine. Chuck is damn good too. Familiar with him via DOA.

This is still how I envision NYC. I was on a business trip to NYC last year and it was all clean and gentrified. No longer the dirty Time Square festooned in smut, junkies, and burning cars in the Bronx. I was so disappointed ☹️

Are you f'ing kidding me? What part of the city were you in, CT? The last time I was in Manhattan I "literally" smelled overwhelming garbage and urine in an unending stench, and this was all in a "nice" part of UES. There is nothing tolerable about NYC in the 2020s.

Yeah, New Wave Theater used to show so many great bands. They always used all these weird graphics during the live clips and the host was Peter Ivers - the guy who originally recorded “In Heaven Everything is Fine” for the movie Eraserhead. He would always ask the bands all these silly metaphysical questions, and he got more than he bargained for with Lee Ving here, haha! Ivers was murdered on the street shortly after this, and the show came to a halt.
