This is an Annual Event in Lucerne/Switzerland, where Parts of the Central Station are closed for a Concert of this "Guggemusik". Guggemusik is a typical Swiss and South German Style of Music, playing Covers of popular Songs very distinctly out of Tune by a Brass Band with a lot of Percussion. This Music is played around Carnival only. This Video is a Re-Upload (probably stolen) of an older Video from another Channel though, so I'd give that one Recognition and not this one.
