Am I the only one who is crying right now...😭😭😭 It's hard... Things are not gonna be easy.... I've got to let go of my past! I had an accident when I was too young. I was about to be five when an iron piece hit my eye (right side) and lost my sight. Black ball completely destroyed! Now in all four corners, society and it's people almost accept me as who I'm today. The mother nature at all season is so beautiful and awesome but in fact the world and it's people are so cruel! 😭😭😭 Hoping to find a way to let go!✊ Thank You so much for the video and wonderful words! The past 7 years I look after my mother was in there 80 years, she has Dementia and leukemia. Last year she was my child. I feed and clean her nappies Ext i miss her now very much the hugs for all.

For me, it’s so much easier said than done. One minute I feel as though I have forgiven myself and others and moved on... the next minute, something triggers me and I realize I haven’t “let go” at all. Hopefully and prayfully someday soon I will fully surrender and accept everything exactly as it is. Blessings to everyone! 🙏🏼

I admire people like you. That have the capacity to admit not only to themselves, but to others. Like today - a friend of mind openly admitted they are selfish genuinely. But I agree, it's so much easier said than done. Especially in a society that institutionalises the ego constantly. That, I think at least, is why its such a challenge. What helped me is looking beyond the culture of 'today' or the 'west' as most would say. I don't think anyone can truly understand what it means to 'let go' without, as weird as it sounds, understanding aspects of religion like 'the Dao' and 'Wu Wei' which truly teach the melting away of the ego. Saying the statement 'Let Go' in a 'Western' context ultimately prioritises the 'Letting go' in service of the 'ego', making its meaning absent. Letting go is so much more than that... And in another way, so much less.

You're definitely not alone in that feeling. I'm pretty much of the same mindset. Every time I take a step forward... something always seems to happen that sets me back two steps. I agree with the other poster that the Dao really holds the answers to letting go..but.. it's not easy to wrap your head around much of anything let alone the Dao..when you're struggling with what often seems like just too much.

I'd definitely recommend the short lecture vids (4-8mins) people have done on Alan Watts if anyone wants to at least try. It takes time but... Doesn't everything. 😊

My second night crying of loosing someone that i really like. I keep on replaying this song trying to convince myself to let go and move on. It's very hard but i'm trying. It's very hard to let go of someone who once told you that he will take care of you. I feel like something is missing in my life now. I am really broken right now and i'm trying to fix myself. I am on my 20Th replay of this song. I came to the ocean and I’m sitting on my favorite blanket looking at the water and it’s beauty. 10 years ago, I was at this same spot in my car…Revving the engine trying to let go of this world and drive my car into the ocean and end all of my pain. Today, I am here to let go of my pain, to release it to the ocean and God. I’m ready to embrace my present and future with choice, free of my past. I’m letting it go, I can feel the release. A person simply can not progress until they learn to FULLY acknowledge their guilts thier faults of the past and use it for a clear path for yourself.
