I’m making the commitment to myself to change my old thought patterns and suffering to a new potential. I am at the start of my journey and usually never comment on KZfaq posts because I’m always fearful of judgement from others for what I say. Even though commenting is something small, I’m inspired to make those different choices that make me feel uncomfortable just like joe said. Hopefully I can return to this comment it the future and see my growth ☺️ wishing everyone a lovely day and future.

This video cured my long spell of mental health. A 17 minute video done more for me than the tablets I was on, the doctors, the therapy. Thankyou Tom Bilyeu for having Dr Joe Dispenza on your show🙌🏻 Stay strong people❤️

@@JohnDavid888 joe dispenza is nothing compared to deepak chopra. when he talks about meditation and brain waves hes completly right on the science context. also how you approach thoughts and emotions and personal ideologies. he doesnt go that in deep as a huberman or that extremist as a sapolsky when it comes to free will but he in a certain way is giving you the tool to rewire the brain or bring the body to a emotionally behaved state -> meditation. I personally started meditating after this video got out and been meditating for more than 3 years and the changes in my life were incredible. I was able to stop smoking, save money, get fit I mean 6 pack fit, and restart my education and change careers. Meditation is the key. I know prefer NSDR but still.

What i like bout him is that you can tell he knows what he is saying. His facial expressions are very knowing. I am sick of being trapped in my own mind. It literally makes my life much more difficult. I don't talk that much at work (part time and not my cup of tea) so that makes me a target somehow. I think people reject me so in my mind that is what is happening so it feels pointless to joke around with them. Maybe they think i'm stuck up. Its weird how i just want to hide in my mind and be invisible. Time for more Dispenza and Wayne Dyer.

To summarize: 1) Familiar past will become predictable future. Memories with strongest emotional reaction are end products of our past experiences. Those that we recall first will make us think and feel the same trough the day. 2) Things we repeatedly do become a part of us. How we think and how we feel creates our state of being. 95% of who we are is a memorized set of behaviors, emotional reactions, unconscious habits, hardwired attitudes, beliefs and perceptions. 3) Getting beyond Analytical mind. What separates the Conscious mind from Subconscious mind is Analytical or 5% where we have control over our self. Trough meditation we can access to our subconscious or analytical mind. 4) Hardest part is to change. Not making the same choices we did a day before, period. The moment we decide to make a different choice, get ready it's going to feel uncomfortable. Body from that moment will start to feel different and might crave to return to old familiar habits that is addicted to. 5) Teach our body emotionally. Like what the future will feel like ahead of the actual experience. Don't wait for things to happen (Newtonian world) but try causing an effect (Quantum world). 6) Causing an effect. The moment we start feeling abundant and worthy we are generating wealth. The moment we start feeling the whole our healing begins. When you love your self you love all of life you'll create an equal. 7) Mediation as a tool. To change, be greater than environment we can use meditation, which allow us to disconnect. With less stimulation going to our brain it is easier to disconnect and control our body with a simple thought.

Thank you so much for your summary! I have a question you might be able to help me with, so when you start to meditate and you bring your mind back to baseline, is the next step to try to visualise the happy things/emotions you want in order for them to manifest into actual experiances (effects) ? Like he doesnt actually explain the next steps... i understand the theory but to actually put it into action????? Start meditating and then..... think happy thoughts??? Gratitude or something?
@JanaOliveira19
@JanaOliveira19 4 жыл бұрын
@@SuperLilStina what I realized on myself is that I need to force myself to keep just thinking about the breathing, not feeding the monkey thoughts about this or that. If you're new to meditation the best is to do the oriented meditation, there's tons of videos. Just pick the ones that gives you a nice, comfortable feeling, with the background music, tone of voice, message... It can be a prayer (if you're religious or spiritual)... it can be a talk to yourself in the mirror... exercise... anything that keeps you focus on the present state body/mind of the action itself in the present

@@JanaOliveira19 Thank you, this is a good advice. Just addition from my practice, when monkey brain turn on, try to observe it shortly, don't be angry or force it off immediately. Those are things that occupies your brain processor and memory mostly. Understand it and accept it rationally watch how they come and go and than bring back focus to your meditation object. @SuperLilStina on the end of my session I go with happy thoughts mostly with gratitude, respect and sharing my discipline and love.

Pinpointing the word(s) that control my unconsciousness really is hard to push away; allowing it to melt away is tough to do. I can feel that it is truly hardwired. Also, I can see the power of creating a new filter in my mind is the key, but "feeling" it so far is difficult. What is it that I want to feel; what is my new program that my body react to? Still searching.

I thought I was done learning things in life, but as he says, sometimes we are forced to change due to extreme situations, yup. Watch this video over and over again and take notes, and put what they say on your bathroom mirror, so you see it every day. Mark Devine, technique is Positive self-talk, visualization and 4x4 breathing, it really works and combined with the understanding of how your emotions effect your life from Joe Dispensa you can understand that you can reprogram yourself and believe me I know I'm a Marine. holy shit. this is incredible - i’ve never realised, but it seems like i’ve only created my own negative fears and limits of myself because my body was addicted to the depression, guilt, shame, whatever that came. i’ve realised that rush of emotions when i become scared of intrusive thoughts, were mere addiction that my body couldn’t let go. In fact, i haven’t felt that ‘addiction’ in such a long time, and everything seemed to go downhills, because i became scared of the bad things i *could* do; things i don’t want to do nor want to feel. i want to change that. i’m going to be my best self again. i’ve beat it once, i’ll beat it twice. @** It's an approach to spiritual development that includes knowledge, critical thinking, creativity and imagination. Einstein once said that imagination is more important than knowledge, and I can understand why. It all has to do with a creative spirit, plus the humble confidence to have the certainty that we can learn, and the humility for receiving that new learning. I talk about portions of this approach in my books, *_The Science of Miracles,_* *_The Art of Forgiveness,_* *_Proof of God,_* *_The Bible's Hidden Wisdom,_* and demonstrate the application of this template in my #1 Weather Bestseller, *_Climate Basics: Nothing to Fear._* Ironically, the warming alarmists (and I used to be one) push to protect the Earth, but using methods that actually destroy the Earth, or the life on it. The so-called "green" environmentalists want to get rid of the two substances that are helping to make the planet more green -- more warmth and more CO2. I hope to help others become sharper in their thinking so they can spot when someone is trying to fool them and so many in high places have attempted to do in recent years. As a retired college professor, scientist, software engineer and Hollywood artist with screen credit, I have a unique perspective on the philosophy of discovery. I just hope I'm not too late in sharing what I've learned. Thank you for your interest, and good luck in all your endeavors.

I started on this path to positively change myself, to replace the anger, the negativity, with peace, joy, happiness, faith. It's been rough, I have dropped into anger, rage, sadness, negativity, more often, but always looking for a change of attitude, a positive mindset, a shutting out the world in favour of me controlling my mind and body, allowing Source to take over

When you become aware that your state of being is completely separate from your states of emotion , you will begin to command your life . You will start to tell you body how to feel . Even if anxiety kicks in and the cellular memory activates, you will bring awareness to it and youll speak to it and say, “no , i know that ur trying to activate me old consciousness and my old patterns and im going to observe you and watch you and not let that happen because I KNOW I AM a peaceful being . I AM PEACE IAM LOVE.”

Yes we are all peace and love when we let go of all the thoughts and feelings that would fight against it. It's the past thinking, programs and the ego telling us not to do that so it will maintain it's power over us. But when we can stand back and see what it does to us we are more able to see the truth. Shining the light on darkness reveals what is there and we see exactly what is there as opposed to what isn't in the darkness. It's knowing the truth that sets us free. We are far more powerful than we have been lead to believe.

It's nice to see this done on a scientific level, I found this out on a personal level after years of mental health issues, that changing my focus and internal beliefs is what's key, but it takes time. I've had 17 years of a specific issue I'm now dealing with at 25, but I know it might take for this pain to pass.

I felt so stuck in life before I watched this. After my lil brother pasted away I completely shut down, I stopped dressing up, I stopped hanging out, I stopped believing that life was worth living. Everyday I thought back to the day we lost him and every day for the past 3 years, my heart broke more and more, it was only after watching this, that I felt able to move past my hurt while still remembering him without the replay of that day. Now I'm starting to go out more, starting to want to dress up more and definitely want to live. it was hard at first trying to move past it because I felt like I was betraying him for wanting to be happy again. Deep down I know though that he wouldn't want me to hurt anymore and he knows that I'll always love him❣️

I still cannot talk about him without the pain resurfacing; it's so hard. It took 10 years to talk about him, but I do try. A big part of me died that day. It makes me happy that you are choosing to live. It is what he would have wanted. You are not alone. I will try to walk this path with you so that I can start living too. Thank you for inspiring me. You know what, my wife who was my long time girlfried of 10 years cheated on me last Nov, we were barely married for an year and half. I dont know how to express the sense of loss I feel in words. Everyday since last Novemeber I wake up with this fear in my gut. It has become so involuntary that every moring when I open my eyes the fear and panic is there even before I get to remember that my wife cheated on me. I have read Joe Dispenza's books and even tried his meditation tutorials, and trust me when I say this, it helps. Try meditation, cultivate a feeling of thankfullness for all the good things you have left in life. Its brought such tremendous change in my life that, I'm better focuzed at work, I made much progress learning guitar in the last month alone than in the last year and I have also signed up for a Masters degree course. Try not to hate the memories of the past but be thankful for them coz they were true and happy and the person who helped you make them was not the one they are now. Just hang in there, slowly but surely you will be happier and healthier than ever before. Now, go tame that stallion
