Wandering the streets of any Polish city is a feast for the eyes. This country, which in recent years has had a growth greater than the average of the European Union and is emerging as the locomotive of the East, has much to offer our pupils.

The Poles take care of their femininity in the attire and in the accessories of their aesthetics as in no city in Western Europe you will be able to see. And it is that its Slavic essence has not been diluted despite the pro-Western character that has dominated its culture in recent years.
Many young people who, eager for a different world, choose Poland to complete their studies with scholarship systems such as Erasmus, they never cease to be surprised by this particularity.
We take advantage of the mention of this topic to comment on some of its most salient edges. Higher education institutions in Poland can be public, there are about 120, or private, with an offer of more than 320 centers.
The University of Warsaw, founded in 1816, is the largest in the country and the first in the national ranking. It is among the top 3% of universities in the world and approximately 45,400 people study there. Its international community numbers 4,900 people, many of whom are attracted by Polish beauty.
Other universities are for example the University of Life Sciences in Warsaw, the private Kozminski University. Founded in 1993 and the
Jagiellonian University.
Located in the city of Krakow, it is one of the most prestigious Polish universities and one of the oldest in Central Europe, since it was founded in 1364. The Economic University of Krakow is also located in this city.
For their part, Poznan, Lodz and Wroclaw are cities where you can find an extensive university offer and higher education. Education in Poland is a strong pillar of society.
Meanwhile, getting lost in the streets of this city produces an enchanting effect. Poland, with a hard past and a present of sacrifice, is gradually becoming a very interesting country to live in.
The architecture, many times rebuilt after the ravages of war, not only provides a beautiful setting for passers-by, but also presents minimal details worthy of admiration.
Flowers, which, as we have seen in other countries on this side of the map, take center stage on sidewalks, parks and terraces, are present at every step, adorning the surroundings.
The ratio of costs and services, good citizen security and geographical location, in the midst of a number of other attractive and cheap countries, make Poland a good option.
However, here you will not find the migratory masses of other important and developed countries of Europe. Except for the Ukrainians who have recently been forced to migrate, there are few foreign continents.
The Polish character ready for celebration and joy, although, measured, will make your days here more pleasant. Poland is a country to discover little by little, quite large, and although it has a marked local accent, it also presents varieties.
In Poland tradition has given way to modernity but the limits have not moved. You can feel comfortable here, especially if you still want to preserve the values that made Europe great.
This apparent ethnic and cultural uniformity includes some foreigners. In Poland there were 655,985 immigrants living in 2020, which represents 1.73% of the population.
Female immigration is higher than male, with 55.82% of the total, compared to males who are 44.17%. The fact that female immigration in Poland is much higher than male immigration is striking.
Until last year, immigrants in Poland came mainly from Ukraine, 33.34%, Germany, 12.32% and Belarus, 12.26%.
So far this year the number of immigrants living in Poland has increased considerably with flows from Ukraine.
