I clamped lil bunches of feathers like that on a leather braided belt with some other charms. Really cute!

A lot of these clamps can be found at a local Gem Faire if they have them in your town. They have a few Gem Faire's in San Diego through out the year and you can get them there super cheap. Or try eBay.
