The ruler looks a good deal. Three sizes in one. I like the option of keeping a more natural look.

Julia, Thank you for doing this video! I just found you and purchased this template last month. I was able to do a pretty decent straight line feathers (some of my first!), but wanted to put them in a HST. I didn’t have much luck with that! Lol. But after watching the WHOLE video, I thing I could do it now. Thank you! Looking forward to some new templates!

Can this ruler be used on a domestic sit down machine?

I am wondering this too. I just ordered it, but have not used it yet (I'm just learning). I see online its called a long arm ruler. does it matter?

I think you need a free motion quilting foot and then to be sure the ruler is not to thick for the downward motion of the needle- high shank or low shank. Can ask the company if you call them. Good luck!

Becky Kennedy you’ll need a ruler foot. Also please check if your machine is a low shank or high shank. Order 1/4” for high shank and 1/8” thick for a low shank. Hope it helps! ❤️
