*Hostile* Mobs. If you kill a panda, you're doing it by choice. Making hostile mobs IRL endangered animals is poor taste especially when it plays into real life bias against those animals. It's been proven that media portrayals of these animals have a very real influence on public perception and can lead to upticks in violence against them.

@@alchemysaga3745 I understand. But however, I want the sharks to be an educational mob. Sharks are very clumsy animals, they bite us humans because they think we look like pray, but at the end of the day they hate our taste so much. Maybe sharks can be neutral and at first do nothing to you, but get curious and damage you a bit, and if you hit them they will get hostile. It’s like real life. All animals who are passive irl are neutral when we harm them. I love sharks, they are one of the most special marnine creatures. I hope they just make them for educational purposes and teach us about their behavior.

vultures, frogs, ostriches, meerkats, termites, mooblooms and iceologers are going to be added. it's just that they're going to be added after the most-voted-for ones have been added. unfortunately, the losing mobs of the first mob vote won't ever be added as far as we know.

Yes finally someone in this comment section that actually knows this. Mojang has confirmed that all the loosing mobs after the first vote will be added. Idk why he keeps saying in these videos that all the losers are scrapped forever.

I don't think the mooblooms and the iceologer are gonna make it into the game because they were from a mob vote. Mojang said that only the mobs from the Biome vote were gonna be added into the game.

@@bunbunny3547 no, that's luckily not the case. mojang has said that with their first mob vote, they said that only the most voted mob would make it into the game. the rest would be scrapped forever. they then realised that creating 4 good concepts and only ever using one was dumb, and never decided to scrap the rest again. they stay true to their words; they WILL still never add those other 3 mobs from the first vote.

I can't understand why people keep asking Mojang to add the things that they say never do.Since many people include kids from different countries,different platform and different cultures are enjoying minecraft,mojan have many things to think before adding a feature to minecraft .

@@sethu9476 the problem is that you cant have mods on consoles. You're forced to go on a specific type of minecraft on a specific device. Not everyone wants to be forced to play java on a laptop/computer/pc/whatever just to use mods. Which ahem even on gaming laptops can get laggy especially since java is unstable.

Should I say that some of these things have the possibility to be added? 5+ years ago, colored wood, cave spikes (stalagmite and stalactites) and corals were cancelled and not gonna be added in Minecraft. now look at Minecraft today. we got 2 colored wood, Cyan (Warped) and Reddish Violet (Crimson) wood. We got dripstones. And we got corals. and etc. Don't let your hopes down, there might be a chance. But don't get your hopes up for too much tho. you don't wanna be heartbroken when the things you wanted so much were not added before Minecraft is officially over.

Unfortunately, one of the developers said in a tweet they will never add dyeable wood, only new tree types with new wood when it's necessary. Which it isn't necessary right now or anytime soon. (They also will not add azalea wood because it would be "redundant")

Actually, sharks are not as hostile as we think they are, sharks can be actually very friendly as long as you do not act like an idiot when you see them. And crocodiles will probably not eat or simply bite you, if you stay calm and keep cool. Note that I am not an expert on wild predators, but I am pretty sure they are not born as killing machines to each living thing they see.

I will never understand why Mojang refuses to add vertical slabs. It does literally nothing that isnt already being done by either normal slabs or stairs, but it's so useful for decorating. Just doesnt make any sense to *not* add them

It’s way harder to implement actual features like this than to add a mob. Ive been able to add mobs to Minecraft because it’s so easy, that’s why they never add any intuitive features.

Reason behind no sharks or alligators: hostile mobs must be fantasy creatures. Solution: sharks and alligators should be neutral. Reasons: It would be more realistic. Sharks and alligators don’t go out of their way to attack people, they only will if they believe that they’re being threatened. If you say that neutral mobs have to be fantasy, you’re wrong. Bees, wolves, dolphins, polar bears, llamas, pandas, spiders. Loads of people want them, and isn’t the point of updating a video game to make the players happy? We have enough hostile mobs and weird fantasy creatures, I think we need more creatures that actually exist.

They wanna keep things all creative without being too specific. It's like how pizza or hotdogs haven't been added to the game because they wanna have a fleshed out game without bringing in a whole bunch of super specific items and blocks because they are popular. In a game like Minecraft a chair just wouldn't fit in they want you to be creative and make your own chair along with any other type of furniture (except beds because they serve a very important role)

Zombies/the Ender Dragon are probably the closest thing we'll get to a mythical creature. I get it that furniture doesn't really fit the feel of minecraft (being forst and foremost a survival game) but it would be so amazing if they could add it, especially since so many people try to simulate furniture with objects already in the game (stairs+minecarts and stuff like that)

That still doesn’t apply to most sharks, as most of them only attack back or mistakes us for food. So why not have them like bears, where they only attack if attacked first by the player? And have the sea monster as the sea hostile mob?

There should be an update where they add Viking pillagers and they won’t attack you if you are wearing a Viking helmet: this would require 2 goat horns on the 2 top corner spots and a leather cap in the middle spot. They would carry stone or iron axes.

here is some ideas for your next video!! interesting pvp facts: 1- bucket of pufferfish placing a bucket of pufferfish under your enemy is gonna slow him/her down and also poison him/her 2- TNT + Cobweb Rapidly placing cobwes under your enemy and then blowing up a TNT right nex to him/her is a deadly but forgotten tatic to pvp 3- TNT minecart + fishing rod you gotta place the TNT minecart into a tree or a hidden place. And then throw the fishing rod into the minecart with TNT, and when your enemy comes nearby, just pull the fishing rod back and the boom!! your enemy is dead (thats a manhunt tactic from dream btw) 4- knockback knockback is a unobtrusive thing in pvp. but it can be powerful if you use it right. you can use it if you are fighting in a high mountain or high places like mountain. you can even add more!!! ı love your videos so much!!!

Ever since I started playing Minecraft in - what - 2010?, that had been one of my ideas for the game! Honestly here's a list of aquatic mobs I'd still want added to the game: - Swordfish - Cownose Stingray - Manta Ray - Epaulette Shark (Not likely but would be good for a passive swamp mob as they are relatively small and pretty much harmless to humans) - Fiddler Crab - Rock Crab - Horseshoe Crab - Moon Jelly - Lions Mane Jelly - Upside down Jelly - Hermit Crab - Starfish - Sand Dollar - Sea Horse - Eels - Sea Isopod

There are ways for Mojang to implement things like sharks or crocodiles. With mobs like spiders and silverfish, they made them different/fantasy enough from their actual real-life counterpart, so to imagine that they could do the same for the other two would not be an outlandish idea.

Mojang don't want to put these types of decoration is I think because the purpose of minecraft is show off our Creativity and how do we make impossible things to possible. And also,I think they want us to test our creativity too in making mods. I think, they also don't put those really OP guns/weapons, so the game will stay kid-friendly and not make the game too much OP so PVPs will be more challenging and Enjoyable.

The thing I don't get is, there are many species of sharks that don't attack humans and could actually be used as an example to show why sharks are really cool animals. Only three species of sharks have been known to attack humans, so just don't add those! There's hundreds of others to choose from.
