Basic features of constitution are give below 👇 Lengthiest written constitution (articles 395(465)schedules 08(12)parts 22(25) Independent judiciary there is court on there own jury as in state level there is high court and on national level there National court and for central or in country level there is supreme court Secular state means freedom of belief thoughts and worship of any religion to practice without any discrimination or interfere on any individual or group Blend of rigidity and flexibility in the parliament there is rigidity and flexibility to implement amendment suck as in state to implement thy need approval of governor and other top executives heads and in central they need approval of president and top executives heads to implement amendment where in other hands there is also flexibility to implement Parliament government there is three kind of making parliament government in india such as president of india and two house as rajya sabha and lok sabha to function parliament in india Universal adults franchise where it says after the age of 18 there is right to vote in every citizen of India Emergency provision as an unexpectedly occurring of situation in state or central level there is such provision as national emergency in 1932 and financial emergency in 1960 and president rule in 1935
