I’m a bedrock player too and when you come to think of it, bedrock is way harder than Java. It’s kinda overwhelming when you think of how many features there are in Java that bedrock doesn’t have. On the other hand, us bedrock players have some features that Java doesn’t have so I guess it’s only fair right?

A big strong point for Java is the ability to log in to any version in the history of the game! It's one of the main reasons for why I think Java is better :)

Features I think that should be added to bedrock: 1) Holding any items (mainly torches) in our off hand 2) Hardcore and Spectator 3) A 'Statistics' section 4) Crawling with trapdoors 5) Customisable shield 6) Sweeping edge 7) Debug screen 8) (Not sure if doors can trap air underwater of not, if not, that too) Comment down for your ideas (I played a long time ago. I don't remember most of em)

You can actually crawl in bedrock using water and a 1x1 hole btw, Its just that not many players realize it

You missed one: In Java, hostile mobs can attack baby villagers but it’s omitted in Bedrock because the ESRB considered it “child abuse” so they removed it to retain an E10+ rating.

Fun fact: The colour of ur banner/ the latest dye u used to decorate ur banner and using it on ur shield,it will affect ur enchanted armour/Tools. Example: You used a cyan banner,used blue dye on it and the enchanted tools will become blue not purple

Java and bedrock edition minecraft are two very separate entities, and I think its silly to compare them. Java edition is built to be highly modable and have a customizable experience while bedrock is built to be the intended experience. Bedrock will always perform better, will always have the latest updates, cross play, etc, while java is the experimental test bed, intended for those who want a more custom minecraft experience. They both are great, and frankly I own both.

0:56 if you open crafting table on bedrock, the recipe tabs shows up 7:43 you can do that on bedrock too, if you see the prefix settings theres an option for picking block 9:02 you can’t craft it but theres one too here

Funt fact: Bedrock has Better perfomance because its well optimized

“Funt fact:” you can get the same performance on java if you just add a few mods to do so like optifine or sodium which gets upto 400! and that is an understatement if you uncap the frames it would literally go upto 1000! but we can’t uncap the frames because then our pc’s would get really hot and would have to work harder. we have real shaders, bedrock did have shaders some look good, but it got destroyed to the ground when they changed the graphics engine to render dragon ultimately getting rid of custom shaders now to get shaders on bedrock atleast the good looking ones you would need an RTX card i doubt many people has that just lying around. have you even tried using sodium or optifine on java? optifine has many features by itself: mainly the shaders and the custom resourcepacks you can literally have modded items into the game without needing to install any mod, you just need to rename the item did you know about datapacks? it’s basically the equivalent of add-ons in bedrock but in java so yes java has both datapacks-(add-ons) and mods i can’t even begin with java mods.

did you know that you can actually play java servers on bedrock? i forgot how they did it but, it can be done! so in theory java has cross-play too just not as convenient.

Also: Better redstone Better commands Better skin customization, no need to pay/unlock anything Datapacks exist Sharing anything file related is much easier Normal Minecraft look because it’s the original engine and not a recreation Sweeping edge No spam click combat It’s possible to revert to 1.8 combat with some simple datapacks World border

bedrock has it's good things too, like being able to dye cauldrons with water inside it, and then right clicking with leather armour to dye it. that's a super cool feature!!

Cause developers say that if a bug is really popular but doesent cheat too much they consider it a feature but if it is cheaty like afk fish farm wich gives infinite enchants they remove

You can "crawl" in 1 block space if you sprint in a 2-block high water source

Nobody is sad anymore because everybody now has Java if they have bedrock and the same goes otherwise. This is the end of the fight that has been going on for years with Java and Bedrockers. We are now at peace...
