I feel like January was the longest month of my life. So grateful for a new month! A high of the month of January for me was that I got to celebrate being 1 year cancer free! My friends made it such a fun and special day.

Hi Keegan! One thing that helps me stretch more enjoyably is putting on a yoga video from KZfaq. These promote stretching, but they are also a gentle form of exercise, and can help bring peace into your mind! You might try it out!

Would love to hear your daily routine when you get it figured out! I find it so hard to create a decent routine for a 7-5 person. I get up at 5 most mornings to get myself, my husband, and our dogs ready for the day so by the time I get home I'm exhausted and have a hard time motivating myself to workout, clean, etc. I'm loving the spreadsheets! As an avid planner and accountant, spreadsheets make me happy!😆 Might need to make me some habit and goals spreadsheets.

One of the things I do to get myself to stretch more regularly is incorporating it into my workout split! For example, I always stretch at the end of my cardio days since they’re usually my shortest workout, but it’s definitely helped me to get in the habit of stretching twice a week!

Love these videos every month :) Regarding the gallon a day: I read in a newspaper that with a gallon a day one might loose a bit of minerals. So perhaps choose an electrolyte type of drink once a day. It could also be that minerals are in protein shakes. I - as a german - also like sparkling water which has some minerals but I think that in the US it is not as popular 🙈 Sorry - spelling errors
