For February we're going for cute teddy bears and for spreads revolving about wellbeing, on all fronts :3

Materials used:
- B5 dotted notebook from Notebook Therapy
- 0.3 Fineliner in Sepia from Winsor & Newton
- Tombow Dual Brush Pens in shades 491, 451 and 947
- Lyra Aqua Brush Duo in shades Flesh Tint Medium, Flesh Tint Light and Naples Yellow

Do you have a link or something about the different types of rest? That one was fascinating, and it might be something I want to add to my journal. Loved the set-up, and the idea of the colours and patterns. Thank you for sharing!
