Innocent until proven guilty. That's supposed to be how the court system works. Now, on to more questions, was this a civil or criminal trial? Don't you need to prove beyond a reasonable doubt? 100% of the jury needs to prove that the defended was guilty? I'm still skeptical bout case. This could have been a lesson to all people in high positions strive to be honest, transparent, and continue working for the people. It goes for all who are in high positions. Look at Trump. Also, for reporting to be unbiased or more researched. Mr. Kaneshiro, I'll be looking more into your case as soon as I figure out how to eradicate these Coconut Rhinoceros beetles in Hawaii.The public will always critical of leaders or people in high positions.
