On the first weekday of every month at 11:45, the Hawaiʻi Emergency Management Agency (Hi-EMA) and its county partners conduct a monthly test of the Statewide All-Hazard Outdoor Warning Siren System for Public Safety. This test is to help the counties identify any problems with the sirens and ensure their functionality. Please report any non-functional sirens to Hi-EMA or the county's EMA.
