Steven Hamilton has had a wild journey through BMX. We sent Peter Adam over to spend some time and sit down with Steven, talk about where he started, where he is at now and revisit some classic Hamilton footage topped off with some brand new unseen riding footage.

I love the mood. This edit feels just right. Being 36, a Father of two, I can't relate to alot of the ghetto rap or hard rock music that goes into alot of edits. I just love this. Steven gives alot of us "older" riders hope to keep progressing. Federal you hit this out of the park.....

I'm 52 and Steven Hamilton, Mike Aitken, Mat Hoffman are my heroes as Greg Hill, Stu Thomsen, Mike Miranda, Harry Leary, Scott Clarck. BMX is part of my life.

I rode a 20” Federal Hamilton back in 2005, loved that frame to death. I’ve been out of the scene for over 10 years now but check for new Steven content every so often. Good to see him kicking it again.

I born in 2000`s and started riding bmx in 2003 and always heard about Steven Hamilton ever since, happy to see him healthy! Keep It like that and dream big dude!

I can assure you that you did not start riding in 2003 if you were born in the 2000s to begin with. I was born in the 90s and didn’t start riding till 06 it’s been over a decade of riding for me going close to 20 years now

Goosebumps! Hamilton was in my prime riding days (34 now). Still have the DVDs and VHS edits shown here. Shout out to my fellow aging riders. Freestyle is a way of life!

This guy had the biggest impact on my riding... Hell, Ian Morris even gave me his old Fraction frame so I could ride like him! I never learned half the stuff Steven did but I'm happy that this dude inspired me to ride!

Steven is so real. So raw. Kind of unpolished but so genuine. I remember when his clips starting dropping we were all like who is this dude? Those pegless grinds so early in the game. Those tire slides just so smooth. You are still an inspiration. Thankyou Steven and Federal.

Wow! I've never heard of Steven before due to being so fresh into Bmx, but this film was so inspiring. He really was pioneering a different kind of street riding. That wall ride manual crank flip at the end of the new clips had me shouting!

Good to see this man doing well and riding ! Steven was the reason i started riding BMX. Steven and Corey Martinez paved the streets with the MOST iconic BMX parts back in the day. Federal, if it wasn't for you, i doubt i would of picked up a BMX

I still have my VHS copy of The day is Over purchased at Albes back in the day!! I was fortunate to ride all the local Michigan spots steve and the van orman brothers shredded back then.

I loved the old road fools with him he seemed such a joker a real character to be around. Really enjoyed this. I recognize the intro music from an old mutiny video I had back in the day this has brought back a ton of good memories
