Can we just start a campaign: if you ship FedEx we don't purchase from you.

I've never had a FedEx package delivered on time no matter the season. Whenever I order something and I see it's shipped with FedEx it becomes a gamble if I get my package at all

I think some guy manually walking from the facility to deliver a package across the country would be quicker than fedex’s fucking ground transport. Also, tell me the fuck why my package was literally in my state and in a facility only an hour away, and then got sent off to another state?

This happened to me FedEx said my package would be delivered Feb 3rd it’s now Feb 5th and I have no clue where it is and neither does FedEx.

They pay their employees really bad and this is why... They don't hire people full time to avoid paying benefits and this is why... People are unable to live off $15hr at 3-4hrs a shift 3-4 days a week with no benefits and no certainty of how many days or hours they'll be able to work. USPS and UPS treat their people significantly better.

I had a problem with FedEx also. I had ordered a package on Dec 3rd and it was suppose to be delivered on Dec 8th, well my package did not come. On the 10th of Dec I called FedEx and I asked about my order. They asked me for my tracking number. FedEx told me that they could not find my info in their system but yet they kept sending me emails saying my package was on its way with the same tracking number they say that they had no info on. I asked to make a claim or a complaint and the fedex employee told me NO! i asked to speak with someone in charge they told me NO! and hung up on me serveral of times. FedEx lied and said that I EMAILED the driver and told the driver to delay my package til Dec 16th! that was a lie lol! I ended up calling walmart where i ordered from and they also needed the tracking number and i gave it to them and walmart seen my order but still had problems with their delivery services. i ended up canceling my order and got my money back. All i wanted was my damn Christmas Tree.

I'm still waiting on my daughters Christmas presents. It's been two damn weeks and I'm fucking fed up with this from FEDEX.

I’ve won a valuable Trading Card by participating in the sweepstakes that happened last October. The company who shipped it out chose FedEx and I knew things are about to turn sour when the company selected FedEx to ship it. I’m worried that my prize will never arrive and that it shares dear value to me. My only option is to put it in a FedEx shipping location centre to pick it up rather than waiting for it to get delivered at my house. How disappointing this company really is. Too much issues and complaints that never got dealt with!

I selected Next Day Shipping for my package but it got delayed past regular shipping. Why is FedEx struggling to make deliveries on time? UPS and Amazon haven’t given me this issue yet and on the contrary they’ve been doing a good job of getting my delivery early!

Ordered a package on the 19th it showed up to a fedex facility in my area on the 21st the delivery date wasn’t until the 24th so they held it at the facility once the 24th came they never delivered my package it’s the 26th my package says it was out for delivery this morning then at 6pm I got an update saying it’ll be delivered on the 27th by 430pm..Makes no sense at all 😤😤

My package says “shipment info. sent to FedEx” and then “estimated delivery-pending”. Wtf does that even mean after it said it was arriving before the end of today. 🤦🏽‍♂️

Happened to me too. Ordered a part for my car 3 weeks ago. Supposed to been here last Monday still hasn't shown up

2 weeks ago I was due to receive a $600 package from Walmart. Now it's been pending/delayed ever since. Fedex call center barely spoke English and basically told me they have no idea where it is and I should give up and seek refund. Sold out item so a replacement won't happen AND they said I could pay $300 extra from a 3rd party and then it would still ship via FedEx so same damn issue.

i ordered a valve index on steam and it was being shipped through fedex, which was supposed to arrive yesterday, yet the shipment information hadn't been updated in over 5 days from the first facility it reached on the tracker. i have no idea where it is (or if it is actually still sitting in the same facility.... the first facility that it got to.... for 5 days) or when it will arrive. the tracker isnt even updating that it's delayed or anything like that, it literally just says pending now on the scheduled date of arrival and it scares me that somehow my shipment fell through the cracks and the tracker isnt updating because its just sitting or something weird or glitchy happened in the system and i wont get my package. i dont know what to do, trying to call them and actually talk to a person is next to impossible with their terrible call system and i dont know if i should order a refund or just wait it out and see if it ever shows up. :(

I’ve never really had a ton of issue with FedEx usually. All carriers can be hit an miss and there are supply constraints still on the tech market especially though. Right now I’m a bit baffled by FedEx though. I ordered a simple quality pen from a company I’ve made several purchases from in the past and had no issues. It sat in Anchorage for several days. Now it’s sitting about an hour from me for several days with a “Clearance Delay”.

I ordered a Samsung S22+256gb phone from Google Fi in mid-April and paid (up-front) for it. The tracking info is a mess and provides no clear information regarding when packages will be arriving nor why--suddenly--a package "out on the truck and out for delivery" to me took the package *back* to the local FedEx facility in my town. I directed that the package be sent to Walgreens for pick up, instead, since I'd be working and not at home to receive the package. Went to pick it up yesterday. Signed for it. When it was handed to me, I could tell it was too light. I asked the store clerk and manager to witness me open that package in their presence. Inside pkg: a wad of brown paper. Period. Someone at FedEx has an unlocked, $1100 phone. Filing police report today. Notified Google fi and FedEx last night.

My package left a FedEx hub five days ago and I haven't been updated since. I'd of understood my package being delayed in a hub but its never been accounted for in other hub. Its like their truck went poof! Ive tried getting through on multiple platforms for answers as you are not allowed speak to a live person when you call. Swear that my package spends most of its time sitting in a FedEx facility picking up dust rather it being just in transit. Then they say “it’s delayed”. What a joke of a company. I have had the same problem! I ordered products from overseas that are delicate and sensitive and they keep marking my packages as attempted to deliver. No door tags. Took days off from work and FedEx never stopped.

They delayed a month, then the customer finally told me that they couldn’t find my address, and nothing they can do. they always lied about I would get the package tomorrow or this week next week. They Made me so frustrated. After a month my package still not delivered. The sender send another package, and still FedEx 😂 it said I will get this Friday. But who knows…

Still waiting on my game they said they delivered it on my porch but I checked mine and my neighbors nowhere to be found. I had to reorder the game and have to wait till Wednesday I've already waited like 2 weeks for it to be here last Friday but of course they lost it or stole it because it said delivered to me but it certainly wasn't. Call them just to hear how sorry they are and they are opening an investigation into it still haven't called me back like they dont care.

Seems like they're just getting worse now. It's not just in 1 state, it's all over the US. Tons of people aren't getting their orders delivered or it just says "pending" or "unfortunately we are unable to retrieve your tracking results at this time. Please try again later."

Twice in a row they lost my package. A tent from Walmart. Twice! I wish we had a choice to use which service we can can get our package shipped to our homes. I never have a problem with UPS, USPS , Amazon or even the smaller companies like OnTrac. But fed ex forget it. It will be lost or delayed just like my package from home depot today. I'm expecting it to be lost because it's been stck in Rialto California when it said it would arrive today. I can't wait to dispute it again

I ordered on 23 of june now My Package is sitting at a fedex facility in my area and supposed to be delivered on the 1st of July. Why isn’t there an option to pick it up myself if it’s in my country that’s just weird to me and the fact that the company i orderd from choose fedex instead of DHL is worrying because with dhl I would have the option to pick it up myself already without any problems. My pkg tracking shows that it was delivered but nobody knocked and came. I was home all along. The only reason I knew it was “delivered” and opened the door because I got a text msg saying so. However, I never saw a FedEx truck outside nor anybody knocked. I checked outside, staircase near me and everywhere. NOTHING! I filed a dispute so lets see what this takes me. Super annoying. The pkg ship date was on Nov 1st and today is Dec 21st. It’s a joke!

I used to work for fedex. They overwork their employees where its some 20k packages for only 100 or less employees per distrabution center. Its like a sweat shop. I quit because my leg was seriously injured from being overused and they tried really hard to claim i faked it when I couldn't even walk.

Fedex Express, what a joke. I had a package that needed a signiture. I arranged to be home that day, came downstairs and saw a note on my door. The driver made no attempt whatsoever to deliver the package. Please train the use of a doorbell. I'm losing a day of work for sheer imcompetance.
