Seriously that was one of the most savage dumps I've ever seen and he didn't even seem phased. I used to do fight training, sparring, bag work, and I wasn't bad. My coach was an incredible fighter. He trained Dave Bautista back in the day before he blew up, same with Randy Couture. I had some one on one time before class started one day and we sparred. I pinned coach but couldn't submit him and he knew I'd burn out so he wasn't sweating it. Afterwards he said he was really surprised I was able to get him from full guard onto the mat. I have a ridiculous pain tolerance level and I was scrappy. All that being said, that slam would have been enough for me to never get in the ring again. I could take hits but these guys are straight up monsters. There's no messing around with beasts like them.

Ughhh these comments. He didn’t save his arm - he tried to rip it out of the socket. You can hear Kevin scream from ring side camera. That part you mention he already fully let go and FE just kinda reached back out. Fedor still had class and picked him up off mat in gratitude for the fight so that’s all true even tho he had a couple cracked ribs. There kimura is devastating to be caught in. Ironically it’s a submission where in order to be effective you have to atleast threaten that damage. Guys can go too far too fast and not give warning atleast which FE wouldn’t do that but “save” his arm he did not
