▸ The Predator WPA Men’s World 10-Ball Championship 2023 is an annual event organised by CueSports International and Predator Group. The event is sanctioned by the World Pool-Billiard Association (WPA) and takes place during the CueSports International Expo in Las Vegas.
▸ 128 players will compete for a total prize fund of $250,000 with $60,000 to be awarded to the winning player.
▸ The Predator Pro Billiard Series is a series of open, professional events held around the world to provide more opportunities for professional and aspiring pool players to compete in high-quality events, earn more income, sharpen their skills, and earn their way into the Predator World 10-Ball Championship held in Las Vegas each year as part of the CueSports International Expo.
▸ This event is played on Predator Apex pro pool tables covered with Predator Arcadia Performance Cloth, with Predator Arcos II balls, and under the Predator Arena billiard lights.

That combo at about 1:13, was much easier than everyone thought. Almost a straight shot to the first ball. Idk why combos are so difficult for folks.

They have never had good announcers on this channel. Jim Wych isn't bad, but George is horrible and has no clue what's going on. Not sure what crack you're smoking. but most videos from this channel are better played on mute.

George again: Dennis shooting combo; “ He’s got to hit it square, ‘ He’s not going to hit it square’” Quiet. ,( Dennis makes the combo.) George ignores the result,goes on to another stupid remark. If Dennis had hit the ball the way George suggested, he would have missed. I could see that, I’m sure at least half of you out there could see that. I’m sure Jim, Dennis’s co - commentator could see that. I have seen George shoot,he’s pretty fair, I am amazed that he could not see that. Please hush George. Some people are actually trying to learn from the comments made by the commentators. You do not help!

Hand rack w/ triangle vs. magic,Accu, turtle, racks, etc. (?) My opinion; All the “place mat “ racks give tight racks pretty consistently….But they All will divert a rolling pool ball. So, that is a foul. (By the rules,all ball fouls) If you or I moved a ball that much; it would be a foul. As it should be. Same with the rack. So = No place mat racks. We have all seen the break with (say) a Accu-Rack, and say the balls are still rolling, at this point as they sit, you have a shot but a ball comes rolling up,hits the rack,and is diverted to land so that now you have no shot. The guy in the chair loves it, but the guy just broke the balls, Not so much! It is a Foul, no way around it. The reality is; Not good for the game! I know, I hate to see, or be the racker, spending time trying to get a tight rack. But anything that fouls the ball is not the answer! I remember well the Sardo Tight Rack. It Worked. I do not remember why it was discontinued. The European Tour, they just seem to roll the balls up and “Walla “ they are racked. As successful a Tour as ever been so they say. Let’s keep working on the problem, but for sure, the “place mat” racks are not the answer. adios
