FedRAMP Security Process, reviewing the GSA PMO and Joint Authorization Board (JAB) responsibilities, as well as the responsibilities of the Cloud Service Providers (CSP) and Third Party Assessment Organizations (3PAOs). These are leveraging the NIST SP 800-53 controls as well as following the FISMA stipulations.

Thanks for the video prof, for security analyst interview purpose with Fedramp experience can I tell them something like “ I selected and tailored security control for the purpose of Fedramp approval”? Or do you have a better illustration. Thanks

I will say don’t mention the control selection and tailoring that is assumed to have been completed way before that point. You can say the POA&M management, and add updating SSP, Policy and procedure documentations and also evidence/artifacts gathering.

My understanding was if a federal agency does the CSO FedRAMP Authorization then this security package cannot be reused by other agencies. The other agency must redo CSO FedRAMP Authorization review

They just need to request the package for their internal review, and that should suffice
