I shipped your books to the USA a while back. The familly loves making meals from it, but having traveled a bit, we're always curious how much different our results taste from yours. timtams always deliver.. You nailed this video with showin a yank all good kinds of treats and how to eat it. Glad i came across your video and cant wait to watch more. Also i hope this merican bloke brings his mates over to oz and just give em a good ol aussie experience, Also to mess with em get some clunkers and play dare, then get one to go to a drop bars tree cave and stare him in the eyes to challenge him for the rewards they horde. They might get lucky and receive the golden drop bar hair.

Alex!!!!!! I thought I recognized that guy😊 If you get bison in the states, make sure it's a local producer that has a local processor. You can taste the difference. Otherwise you'll get gamey low quality. Most "farms" in Colorado are very free range allowing the buffalo to roam for miles.
