That's how my Jtube was done, by endoscopy. It's the easiest to recover from. I pray it's that way for you too. And yay for Judd being there for you!

So glad you finally got TPN. Like you said it is made just for you and gives you a good burst that you need. I've had it twice and I didn't ever want to go off of it because I felt more nutritionally sound than I had my whole life. Also, I receive IVIG and that gives me the comfort of being able to fight off infections. You already have this all done I'm sure. I have been in surgery this last week and am behind on watching vlogs. Hope to see you are doing well. My service dog is a labradoodle named Maisie. She is my second. We adopted at 10 months on Dec 26th and she is in training since the beginning of Feb. Training is hard work. I think it is more for me than Maisie.

much love! Hope everything goes smoothly, i've been through surgeries like that and realize how stressful/scary it can be. Especially when the doctors all don't agree & each mention different things causing confusion! with my syndromes, i've been in places where doctors give up, i'm sooo blessed you're getting taken care of sooner than later. also, you're the reason i've started on my service dog journey

Best of lick Jacquie tomorrow in your tube placement. It sounds like they are doing a gj tube which will be nice because you can vent your stomach when needed while feeding the jejunum!! I'll be praying for you for a smooth placement, procedure, anesthesia, and post op. I'm also chronically ill with MITO, and a few others.

I am so so so happy you were able to move your surgery up. And I wanted to tell you something.... watching your videos have given me so much strength. I started out first having Type One Diabetes, then I got Hashimotos, and now I have an undiagnosed GI issue. It has started to get to the point where I can't continue to play volleyball for my school in my senior year, and it broke my heart. Watching everything you go through, and all your "words of wisdom" has really helped me come to terms with putting my health first and being my own advocate. And also just knowing that others won't understand bc I may look fine but I am not be fine, it's something that is always hard to remember for me. And I really just appreciate everything you have done in sharing your story and spreading awareness for chronic illness!!!

Praying for a successful tube placement surgery and for your being able to receive the nutrients your body so desperately needs. You are so blessed to have Judd and Harlow in your life Jaquie. When I hear you say Judd is only 22 years old it's so hard to believe. He is so mature and kind. I'm sorry that you have such a difficult life with all of your illnesses but love your positive attitude about everything. Good luck tomorrow. Will be watching for updates. Hi Jaquie, My goodness so much going on. Hope you don't mind I talk to you as if you were one of my own. I love children and young adults and have been able to pass on some of my wisdom and have been able to share some of my loving experiences. Just want to say how great it is that you share your personal life with others you don't know, it's a wonderful blessing. I know in my heart ❤️ it's very helpful for others that are in your situation and others that are not, to see the videos and be educated. You're obviously a bright intelligent young lady, we hear and see that through your videos. It's amazing how in this era that we are able to have this kind of communication with the public. I pray that your surgery goes well and that you can get back to a quality of life as much as possible. You and your loving hubby and of course Harlow have touched all our hearts. This is the motherly/grandma side speaking. Please take some time away for yourself and yours and rest. We'll be here, we're not going anywhere. I had mine done surgically and with general anesthesia. The recovery is rough so I'm glad their doing it endoscopically.

When did your gastroparesis first appear? Will they formulate what foods you can eat like they formulated your Jacqui-Juice to make every ingested calorie count when you do decide to eat? To help you deal with all the excitement and stress you can ask for the Hospital Chaplin to come and pray over you or with you, they are very nice that way, most hospitals have them or you can have them call a local pastor, usually the local ministers take turns with that, but the Hospital can arrange that, some even have a prayer line to pray for you. You can also ask for some mild Valium and a counselor to talk to, to help keep your system calm even if you feel you are it is good especially since you have autism it can sometimes be hard to navigate that. Praise the Lord for all He provides and that Judd can make it and for Ellie the Elephant. Praying for you and yours as always.

Yes, its pre-made/mixed. Not for individual patient needs. Too hard to mass produce on an individual basis. Maybe one day in the future...

Thx I thought I heard her say she had blood work done to specifically see what she needed and then they figured it out, perhaps they have certain pre-made bags for certain deficiencies to combine it to her needs. Maybe I heard wrong, I just don't now too many who have this process done.

I can notice a bit of weight loss compared to a couple of weeks ago...I think upping the surgery date is a good thing!!...it gets the ball rolling to you feeling better!..(hugs) and prayers!...you've got this!
