I know exactly what you mean ! It happened to me...Yes it goes on needs basis...the Judge will order it to go to Mediation.. Family members (half brother) can be so heartless...I was not even told my mother passed away until 9 days after her funeral- all done so the half brother would end up with all mums assets...

That sounds unethical and possibly even illegal or at least grounds for a legal case. Get your own professional assessment done and use that to refute it. You could also look into making an enquiry or complaint to the governing body that professionally monitors the professional in question. Making assessments by watching KZfaq videos seems highly unprofessional. And if anything, I believe when you make complaints to bodies like that, the medical professionals in question have to respond and so you'll at least tie up some of their time. In other words, don't just take it.
