Hi guys 👋 I loved that market, so colourful, vegetables and fruit. Those pastries, wow, so so cheap. Thanks for taking me to Morocco, I don't think it's somewhere I would be brave enough to travel to alone. 👍🐸

😋 It's not that hectic at all! There are loads of people doing it by camper and yes, it's different to Europe (duh 😂) but that's not a bad thing. It's early days for us to give any solid opinion but we all should probably be pushing our comfort zone at times.

Wow loving the blue … the colours! A very different place … can’t wait to visit! Hehe that smaller van would also suit me Lisa… being also in the petite side😘😍 The abundance of produce .. but guys I didn’t see you buying fruit only veggies… at those prices (and it all looked lovely) I wouldn’t have been able to refrain! Thanks for your comments Jo! I don't think any amount of walking will work off these calories, they just keep appearing around every corner! 🤣 Oddly fruit is a lot more expensive than veggies but we generally just don't eat much fruit (except avos!). Next time we'll get some fruit for you! 😍

Really nice video!! Surprised you don't carry a surge protector with you even here in the US I always use a surge protector at the campgrounds I have one similar to the Power Watchdog PWD50EPQ it has auto shut off if there is a power surge it also warns you if the power supply isn't wire correctly.

Some people do use surge protectors - that's a really good suggestion thank you. However, over the last year we've only used shore power twice.. We're pretty much completely off-grid with electric nowadays.

For the ATM 🏧 you can get more then 2000 dh , You have just to repeat 🔁 the transaction twice or three times .

Yes, of course you can. But there's a withdrawal cost (from your own bank) every time.

We don't know what is actually going to happen on any given day - so we have to figure filming out as we go and be creative in telling a story of sorts. That's the tricky part. You can't really script or plan a shoot when you're on the road. Things happen, we film it 😋 Oh and Andre is the editor.

Thanks for a look around Chefchaouen. After 6 wonderful weeks in Morocco we are going there next. Can I just say be vigilant with your speed on the roads where it drops from 80 to 60. The police hide and we got caught 4 times for around doing 10 to 13 km over 60. Immediate cash fine around 100dhm. Enjoy Morocco, we loved it. Trish

Like your videos, and your good humour. Just one thing comes to mind: why not get the gas bottles in Europe?

Thanks for that! In our case we use a refillable LPG system (LPG is not available in Morocco at all). For the most of it gas bottles from different countries in Europe are not interchangeable so you would need to get an adapter or regulator for each, and in some countries, you need an address to obtain a local bottle.

Loving your videos thanks guys. May I ask what dates you were in Morocco please, as I’m exploring there late this year too? Also, I’m wondering is there a reason you don’t use esims, as they are so much easier than physical sims these days? Happy travels. Cheers from Australia

We were there from 12 January for about 2 months. Esims can be convenient and we do consider them when possible. One complication at the moment is that our wifi router in the van only supports a physical sim.

@@WeWillNomad Hopefully! Btw, did you have any issues with avoiding foods washed in water and were the fresh squeezed juices pure juice, or did they add water do you know please, as no one wants to get an upset stomach!!.?

Personally we had no issues. With juice you can usually see what goes in. We have heard of people falling ill after raw salads..

We paid 280 EUR for a return ticket (2 x people 1 x motorhome). The ticket has no dates and is open ended. The price can change a bit depending on the season.
