A mate of mine took his own life recently, he was only 21 years old. Only a year younger than myself, this video really helped as his funeral is coming up next week and it’s extremely hard to process. You’re perspective really resonated with me. Cheers Robbie, all the best.

Everybody needs a man like Robbie in their life. After being as low as I think I could ever get over the last 18 months being able to acknowledge that lowest moment is kind of refreshing and reminds you that things can only go up from there. Keep being great Robbie!

I thought I was at the lowest point I could get but it's just gotten even worse over the last few months and I have regular suicidal thoughts, my therapist isn't helping at all and I don't know why I'm still trying because there's no point, I have no purpose because I don't enjoy anything, I don't do anything, no one understands me or cares about me and I don't see why I should carry on battling my own mind and holding back tears every night. It's just not worth it

@@joshhart4801 Just hang in there man! If you're not enjoying things at the moment then try new things if you can. Exercise is a good way of helping the old 'Menny Health, walking, running, cycling, swimming. But if you need to talk people are almost always there to listen.

@@danielwyatt5671 thanks for replying mate I'm going to keep on trying that's for sure but I just don't have any motivation to do anything so doing exercise isn't easy to do because I don't want to and then when I've done it in the past I didn't feel any better so it's just gave me another reason not to do it.

@@joshhart4801 Hi Josh, I'm really sorry to hear about the situation you're in at the moment mate. I know hearing things like this can sometimes be annoying but I've been in a similar situation to you and I know how it feels. As cliché and obvious as it sounds, you've got to just hang on in there. Things will get better, trust me. I know it's not easy but try and reach out to family or friends if you haven't already. Help is always just around the corner. I know what it's like to feel completely hopeless but please don't give up. There's so much beauty in this world, and life is always worth living. Stay strong mate

A good friend once said to me. When someone close to you passes away it leaves a massive hole in your life, that hole never goes away but thankfully each day it gets a little smaller.

My best mate passed away this year. And I'm not too much of a man to admit that it broke my heart! I loved him like a brother, and every day there's something that brings him to the forefront of my mind. I feel your pain Robbie. I hope things get better for you soon. 💙

Robbie, this is why I watch your channel. I'm not such a great fan of your interviews of influencers, but when you do a video on normal events in your life and you explain them so simply and so eloquently, its powerful and funny and poignant. I don’t think you could’ve posted this at a better time. Stressed out of my mind with uni recently and what I’m going to do with my life aswell as a family passing. Really helps put things into perspective and reminds you everyone has their own battles and their will be low points but that’s just life. Thanks Robbie.

This is such an important video because so many people don’t know how to handle grief. I lost a relative to suicide at 13 and had the worst 3 years of my life following that. Now I’m 17 and 2021 has probably been the best year of my life so things do get better with time

Thanks, Robbie. I lost my Nan on Friday, the funeral was today and I was feeling a bit rubbish about not being able to attend with my mum due to it being in another country and not having a passport to travel on. This has helped more than you might think. ❤

Wow Robbie thank you. I’ve been feeling really low recently and very stressed. My grandma passed away last Christmas and I haven’t really got use to the idea yet, and the closer it gets to Christmas the sadder I get. Today I’ve been on the edge of a breakdown, I finished work and watched your video, and just started laughing and took a deep breath. Your right things do get better. Thank you Robbie you have no idea how much I needed someone to say this

A massive coincidence but this came at the perfect time for me, someone near and close to me died recently and I had their funeral lately so this cheered me up a little and showed me that I’m not alone in these things, thanks Robbie and keep up the good work.

Wow amazing video, things had happened for me last year into this year and I think I was at my low point but hadn’t really dealt with it. This, especially the end, got me emotional and I think I’ve managed to finally get out what I’ve been feeling for months. Thankfully things happened today that I hope I’ll be coming out of the low points now. Thanks Robbie, and the raid shadow legends bit at the end made me properly laugh through the release of emotions.

Really appreciate this video. Also in the middle of the house moving process after my parents separation and I’ve got my uncles funeral this Thurday. Definitely at the lowest point of my life so far and i hadn’t really considered the eventual upside, seeing this not only made me smile but also made me realise the upside isn’t too far ahead of me. Let’s just hope I don’t have to lay in piss to get to mine.

A little late to the party but thank you for this video Robbie, I have been going through some pretty aggressive Chemotherapy for my cancer and getting to a point where I feel... why am I putting myself through this. This video has helped me re-focus on what's important and to help me also realise that there will be good times ahead. Thank you
