Just got engaged last week and I think I found our wedding song!!! This made me cry. I prayed and prayed for the man I'm marrying while crying myself to sleep in an abusive relationship of 15 years. I always said I just wanted to go home. I wanted to feel safe and loved but believed I would die a shell. Then i got out. And after a lot of healing and work the man im marring fell into my life so unexpectedly. And I instantly felt my prayers answered. I felt home. I Always tell him I finally found my home and I know my kids and I are safe with him. He's my home so this song is SO perfect. He's my safe, loving, gentle, HOME. And when we have our first dance, I don't know if anyone in the world will be able to truly know what that moment will mean to me. So that line tears into my very soul. It's so true. Thank you for making this song express exactly what my life is and I hope it's ok I use this as our wedding song!!
