No hate but in my thought, Kaeya or Childe is maknae of group, because Thoma grew up in Mondstadt and then lived 10 years in Inazuma. So Thoma in the begining of story is around 26-30 and close to the age of Ayato (who has big age gap with Ayaka), when Childe is younger than Diluc and maybe Kaeya so (or him and Diluc are of the same age)
