During these stressful times, it can be hard to adapt. There are a lot of restrictions, because of that we have less freedom. But is freedom something that is given? Or could it be found within yourself?
We, humans, are very good at adapting. In any situation, it is up to us to adapt ourselves to feel comfortable. Then, the question is: how do we adapt? The answer is very simple: be aware, explore, and learn.
With this short lesson, you'll learn to free your pelvis. The pelvis is located in the center of your body and is the heaviest part. Find out how you feel with a free pelvis!
