I've been waiting a LONG WHILE to finally discuss this website called TVtropes, and here's my chance. So yeah, it's an interesting website (it tries to be Safe for Work, but some things slip and there's some profanity, so view it with caution), but don't get too obsessed with it. There's the article "TVtropes will ruin your life", about said problem: "Exactly as it says on the tin", one trope is titled. I find it useful for research about plot devices (called "tropes" though that's apparently not the original meaning of that word), but it's so distracting to several people. I enjoy the website, and I learn new things from there, so yeah. I just hate how it's so hard to get your account verified there!
