Thanks Dominic, I appreciate that. I actually did an Unclicked with Dennis when it was audio only. Most of it was focused around the Ride BMX news at the time, but there's some origin story stuff in there, haha. I don't think I'll be on the other side of the table again, though.

@@Brothaishmael you clearly didn't understand my comment or ride back in the pre 2010 and around 2010 era. Freecoasters used to catch alot of hate. Look up Karl poynter shook. It's from like 2006. But dude never got alot of hype cause everyone was too busy hating on coasters. I had at least 3 pro riders tell me not to get a coaster back then. If anything if cheating for fakies it's running cassettes with a huge sprocket and a tiny driver. Over gearing your bike means you don't have to pedal backwards as fast to fakie and you travel backwards farther for every crank rotation. 9 to 30 is awesome for that but stiff as he'll to pedal 9 28 is best middle ground since 9 25 is normal.

DUDE we need to accept scooters into bmx hard-core. Scooters are the training ground for bmx and solves the strength issue. I was still tryna dial in hop bars on a bike and learned hop 540 bars on a scooter in a day both ways switch and regular hard and regular. Tailwhips. Lots of other tricks transfer. It's Literally the bmx farm team. If we supported scooter kids taught them etiquette and shit and got them into bmx early Wed have bare kids by 12 to 14 doing flairs and crazy shit. It'd revitalize park and probably dirt. But some of them would probably end up in street too.

I skipped the quarter pipe stage. I ride everything but idk I'd say street is my shit but old school street. I learned my first shit on basically a flatland starter bike. Eastern 9 volt. Thing was mad heavy. Second bike was a fully custom Gary Young 2. Shout out core and tenpack distro. So lighter bike motivated me to get hops down. Plus riding with Chris silva and chijioke okafo. Chi has the craziest frigging hops. Shout out Chi for letting me borrow his bike and hooking me up with parts. Dude is a G.

It's funny that he killed that RC car, that shit kind of drives me crazy because my local park gets used for sooooo many things that don't belong, and a lot of the time the people act like I'm in THEIR way🤷♂️🤬 I like to make them a little bit uncomfortable by continuing to ride right near them close enough they can feel the wind coming off me 😂😂 and I've seen those RC car dudes, for whatever reason they feel entitled enough to not leave the park even after a bunch of people show up to ride/skate 🤷♂️🤷♂️
