For three days, Andrew Bryant said he watched the Parkland shooting suspect inside his jail cell. Bryant, an inmate at the Broward County Jail, said he saw Nikolas Cruz pacing and staring at the ceiling inside his individual cell in the infirmary wing.

The fact that you can be on the same floor or cell as someone who committed mass murder when you got caught with weed says so much about our system as a whole.

It’s just so sad that someone could take innocent lives and have no care in the world. I cannot fathom the trauma the kids and staff endured 😢
