If one comes to Germany for a one year fellowship program in OT, after completing B2 in language prior to arrival in Germany, would you advise them to try and do the FPS exam during that year?

Hello sir, I am doing my final year in MBBS and am interested in doing my pg in Germany. The other day, I was collecting information on the duration of various specialty courses offered in Germany. In that page it stated that a speciality in general surgery in 6 years, while a super speciality course such as neurosurgery or plastic surgery is also 6 years. So these are the following questions that arised: 1) Is there any advantage in doing a 6 year general surgery course rather than a direct super specialization course 2) If i do the 6 year general surgery course can I do a super specialization course of my choice in Germany in the future and if yes please tell the details

Sir can we apply for hospitation in Germany without doing internship in India (as it will take one more year) if a person has done mbbs from Ukraine and now wants to directly come to Germany without giving MCI and doing internship? Or we any option of doing internship in Germany only after mbbs from Ukraine?

I habe C1 and approbation, but it is still hard to find anything better than observership in germany (ENT branch). I'll try UK.

If you have C1 and german Approbation, there are many recruiting agencies that will assist you to find a Job, you should give it a try. just google.

What all exams do we have to take if we apply through organisations? What is the cost of pursuing fellowship from germany? What is the duration of fellowship?

there is no one answer to any of your questions, EFORT is one example for orthopedic surgeons, the organisations pays a stipend to cover all the costs if you are selected , duration can be from 1 to 3 months

yes you can, before you ask further question, just a reminder : Fellowship in Germany= Observership / just Shadowing.

It depends upon why you want to come to Germany. Most candidates come here for their PG and further training. Since you are already a specialist, you should have very solid reason and motivation before deciding for the long path of struggle and hardword in Germany. You will lose a couple of years just to adjust here and start your career here.

For Fellowships, I would suggest you to apply for University Hospitals. The process to apply is simple , just Email the HODs ( Chefarzt) or some Unis may have Fellowship Application portals on their Websites. I hope you have watched this video completely.
