It’s the phonetic alphabet for radio - uniform code words that don’t sound alike so they’re easier to distinguish over bad radio connections and each word represents a letter of the alphabet (Alpha = A, Bravo = B, Charlie = C,… Mike = M). So “bravo mike” is BM, as in black male. The dispatcher also said “whiskey foxtrot” for white female.
