nooooo WAYYYY!!! I forgot I listened to this! only a few times maybe two days ago or yesterday (idk) but I've been WAYYY more mindful than usual, which is allowing me to see past the illusions of fear in my head. now socializing is easier cause I can see truth now! in myself and others! I've been craving connection and not knowing how to achieve that last night (this sounds bad but it's GOOD!) I a song came on that me and my cousin (she passed away) used to listen to and I felt sad, then I felt her presence and ended up BALLING missing her. I never allowed myself to grieve much over her. then I felt her touch my arm & felt her love and balled more🤣🥹💕 definitely enhancing my spiritual abilities too! it also got deep cause she went thru SA/trafficking with me in my childhood...I realized just how much we loved each other. I had opened up some more details about my trauma but I was too scared in the moment to face it. but In the future, I'm ready to receive more clarity. but my body still wanted more release. I started releasing emotions about many different things I've been holding in. sometimes I wanted to keep crying over something out of habit of holding onto pain instead of allowing it to be released. I've NEVER noticed that I did that till then. in those moments, I chose to stop forcing the pain to stay and to do deep belly breaths & focus on my physical sensations. it was very uncomfortable but it was VERY rewarding afterwards. this morning, I woke up feeling 10x better than usual!!! I usually wake up feeling dread, anxiety, and heavy/depressed but I felt none of that...only a slight depression. but I've never felt so good waking up & still throughout my day. I'm not gonna lie, I usually take a lil more anxiety meds than I'm supposed to cause it does get so bad, but I haven't taken ANY at all today. I NEVER DONT USE THEM!!! I'm that grounded and happy and peaceful that I have no desire to use anything...no need. MIND FUCKIN BLOWN! btw my anxiety meds make me feel normal...like I can function like a human🤣 not high like benzos. it's so crazy that my mind feels almost normal without them🥹🫶🏽 I didn't wanna rely on meds forever and I know it's only one day but it feels like so much has changed in my brain. I can't thank you enough🥰🥰🥰 and it's not placebo cause I forgot about this till I looked at the newly added playlists again lol. I've been on a healing journey, been improving so much in EMDR, and once I listened to this it's like...healing RAPIDLY. WOW! I've been able to connect with my brother even easier now🥹 my mind's chaos is slowly but surely becoming sweeter/kinder to me/about everyone & life. also the past few days I've been deep cleaning so much it feels so good!
