I am currently a lieutenant in a large metropolitan police department and I created this video to answer the questions I have been asked recently on my KZfaq channel and over on Instagram!

Yes, we have a large number of retired reserve officers in my agency

Yes, mine with all the gear and no outer carrier vest is 15-20 lbs...
