@@86paul80 idk if you're German but in Germany he have high German (hochdeutsch) and that's like the official and formal version and I think with low German they mean 'plattdeutsch' which is a type of dialect

Ok here you go! Feel free to give feedback. Disclaimer: In German we really often use filler words when speaking casually and many of those words can't be directly translated, but as I thought it would make the sentences sound harsher than in German if I left them out, I also put in filler words in English to kind of carry across the same meaning and make it sound a bit more casual. And I initially wanted to keep it pretty short but then realised that I suck at telling jokes and thus thought it might be better to fully translate each joke to give you a better understanding of what the joke is about. As I thought, this is beyond remedy. I can model a mediocre face for you. You won't make it far with this face, but you'll definitely have the chance to continue living on earth with it. Do you wish to look a certain way? Probably not the way you used to look like (before the procedure). Can't breathe anymore? Oh right, I forgot the nostrils. Can you breathe now? Really wouldn't want to have a corpse lying around here. The wrinkles you previously had (before she took off one layer of skin on your face) didn't just go away, I mean, I'm not a magician but I could make them a bit smoother with this face roller. I could definitely pull your skin more backwards to give you smoother skin. The skin will overlap a bit on your cheek area, then you'll look like this dog breed that has many wrinkles on its face but I mean better look like a dog than look the way you do now. Can't see anymore? That's intentional. Look at the lamp. Oh right, you can't see. Good, then act as if you could see it. One eye ended up being more tightened than the other one, but oh well, no need to be overdramatic. I'm gonna give you rainbow lips. Believe me, the eyes don't matter, the forehead doesn't matter, the stitches don't matter - if you have rainbow lips, believe me, it's gonna make you look bomb. All right, you still need new hair. Well, I don't really have a wide range of stuff, so I could offer you this colour, it's stray dog blonde - I mean it's pretty generic, so this would really match your face. (the term "stray dog blond" in German is used to refer to a darker type of blond and has a negative connotation) I would honestly suggest you opt for this hair colour, because a striking colour like blue - although it would distract from your "special" face, I would be inclined to opt for this one, so that you don't stand out as much, you know? I didn't really prepare for this but then again you could've called, you know? Do you want me to give you a pony?? Oh well, I mean, it would definitely cover your eyes, which are gorgeous, but it's not necessary to directly reveal every aspect of one's beauty, am I right? I mean, the good thing is that everyone is currently wearing a mask, so I would just suggest you always wear it. I'd definitely recommend wearing the mask just below the eyes. That way only your slanted, beautiful eyes can be seen... would suggest you do so. The mask is really important, you need to always carry it with you, wear it at all times, you're not only doing yourself a favour but also the people around you, you know?
