I just bought the American Pro II Tele in Sienna Sunburst like the one he's playing. I played a Mexican Tele and that back to back... and between those pickups and the added tone with the push push...i justified spending $1600 plus tax...gulp. But amazingly... no buyers remorse! It comes with this crazy incredible hard shell case with this plush gray/silver interior. Incredible package! The stock setup had it at 4/64ths across the board, just amazing....absolutely zero fret buzz. First guitar ever that i haven't had to mess with to get rid of fret buzz. I was sort of looking forward to figuring out the micro adjust neck tilt feature but happy that it's perfect!

That intro, guys... gave me chills. Dripping with HIM's more macabre take on Wicked game, and they rocked Gibson on stage. Hearing it in a bassey single coil was just smooth as melted butter.

I just got one. I remember buying a Fender Standard Strat (Mexico) at GC, but they let my amature hands touch an Eric Clapton Strat from their Custom Shop as I waited for the staff to get me a fresh boxed model. Oh my I was in love! But it was like a beautiful woman who was out of my league- only in my dreams. Ecstacy and fear! I was afraid I was going to drop it or something! I was playing it (if you want to call it that) out of this huge Tweed amp. I was totally overwhelmed. (Does anyone have headphones, please?) When I picked THIS guitar up, the neck and sound reminded me of that experience. And again - a beautiful woman who was out of my league- but I did not care- I am just going to have to handle it! It happens to be the black maple model as well. The neck is like butter. I think it is an amazing guitar. The best Fender ever mass produced?... there are others more qualified to say... but if you want to give yourself a grown up present- this is an awesome strat IMHO. Do you guys truly believe this is the best one that Fender ever mass produced? Kindly let me know.. Peace and love, CM

I'm a 16 year old self-taught musician who has recently started producing my own music, and I found out it is something I really enjoy, and I'm super passionate about it. On this guitar I would play my own compositions and come up with new ones. The guitar sounds amazing!!!

Why? Because this new American Pro II series looks and sounds awesome, I want to nail that Frusciante tone. And It’s a nice opportunity to try fender after so many years with my old Epiphone LP. What? Red Hot Chili Peppers, Jimmy Hendrix, Eric Johnson, Dire Straits... you name it! I just want to make good use of a guitar so well made.

I’m obsessed with strats.. I’ve always come back to strats, and squier is the only guitar I’ve played ever since I learned how to play guitar. Would love to have a massive upgrade from my current strat.. 😍 I play full time in the church, and the strats can be so versatile and it fits so many different genre. If I have to choose, rock and blues..

I play the keyboard/piano but have always wanted to get into the wonderful world of guitars. A Strat is the exact guitar model I dream to learn on and have, as most of my favorite guitar players are Strat players. Unfortunately it's a bit expensive for me. The kind if music I will play is: 1. Funk (Nile Rodgers style) 2. Funk Rock (Red Hot Chili Peppers style) 3. Pop/Rock (Anything light and fun that fits that clean dreamy Strat sound) Even if I don't win, thank you for this nice giveaway competition contest and the great review.

I am a guitar player since I am 10, raised with the Eagles, Led Zeppelin, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Pink Floyd.. Musicians I admire a lot because they inspired me! What I produce is somewhere between the nostalgia of the disco era, the energy of rap instrumentals and the onset of house and techno. And I'd like to use my guitar more but mine is falling into pieces and the bad electronics bring a lot of noise. So i'm looking forward to pursue a great career and continue crafting my sound to inspire people, and I would be very happy to do it with this beauty 💙

Why: For a few years I've wanted to buy myself a nice strat but I never could decide which one to choose. I just have this image in my head of finally learning blues on a strat. I have my Olympic White stratocaster for 3 months now. It took some time to adjust the action hight. It plays and sounds incredible great. Bold sounds and even high tones. I use a strymon pedal and plugin on a Fender Tonemaster. My music live has entered into a new dimension. Thank you Fender!

Why: who needs a reason to desire to play one of the most beautiful guitars on the planet. What: John Mayor Slow Dancing in a Burning room to set the mood. Warm up with some improv Then after some fine tuning, take on the good old neon. Slowly... because i havent actually learnt it completely because i keep getting distracted from just improvising. I'm Benjamin Breen from Australia, and I've been learning to play guitar since I was 8 years old, I'm now 19, my whole life I've been playing cheap broken instruments and borrowing school and friends instruments to learn on, when I was 13 my dad took me to my first concert which was G3 with Steve Vai, Steve Lukather, and Satch, it was phenomenal and I even got to meet Steve Vai after the show. My father passed away when I was 15 and because of him I've been strongly persuing music. I'd love to have a guitar in his favourite colour and call it after him, Jason. It's a beautiful guitar and sounds great as well. I'd be playing a lot of different stuff on it, Definitely Red Hot Chillis, John Mayer, Led Zeppelin, Green Day, Megadeth, just a lot of different stuff.

Hi guys, my name is Ádám Baráth, i'm from Slovakia. I'm 13 years old, i learned how to play the guitar when i was 6 years old. I started a band with my friends. At our last concert were 200 people. It was amazing! I've always wanted an electric guitar, because i never played it. These guitars are amazing! It sounded really great, i hope i can win it! I always wanted a Fender guitar, but it was always a bit expensive for me. I would only play this guitar if I won it. This is the ultimate guitar I want with every little piece in it, my god I even like the color! I'd play blues on it, Pink Floyd, Eric Clapton and I'd write my own songs too! I'd play it till it looks like Rory Gallagher's. I love it!

I'd love to win this guitar because it would really help me out financially. I've had to sell a guitar, my amp and most of my pedals because I had to pay for my dads funural and covid-19 isn't helping either. I would love to play some Hendrix or Santana on it. My dad introduced me to both of them and I think he'd be so proud knowing I'd be playing their songs in his memory.

Why I would love to win a stratocaster: My name is Lars and I've been playing guitar all my life! Starting out as a classical trained musician. After 10 years of lessons I decided that after listening to Clapton, Toto, RHCP, Hendrix and the Dire Straits, I wanted to take on electric guitar. Being low on budget meant that I played on my line 6 with my yamaha pacifica. Which, don't get me wrong, is a great guitar fo starters and offers a lot. However, since I've started playing electric guitar, I've always wanted to have an actual fender stratocaster. With its versatility and beautiful sound there in no guitar like it! Everytime I walked into a guitar shop I played one of those beauties and as happy as I was playing them, as sad I was leaving the shop empty handed. I wouldn't have any other guitar than a stratocaster, as it fits my playing style perfectly! Furthermore, winning it would also make my brother the happiest person, as he would get my old electric guitar and could start on playing the electric guitar! What I would play on it: I would play everything from Eric Johnson, Hendrix, RHCP, Clapton, Dire straits to Eric Gales, and many more artists and styles, as all is possible with a stratocaster!

Here is why: I recently bought a used guitar (of course strat) and it's not in great condition. I have problems with it, one frat is kinda damaged, tone knobs are not functioning at all, but I don't mind. I love to play it, I love the sound, the feel is ok ... it's just great that I have a guitar. It was the best I could afford at the time. It would be just AMAZING if I could get a brand new, better sounding, working guitar, so I could evolve as a musician, get more knowledge and I wouldn't have to worry about equipment that I have. I just want to play some music, not worrying about my crappy 15th frat. What am I playing? Just love Arctic Monkeys, RHCP, The Black Keys, Pink Floyd, Clapton, Hendrix, funky groove etc. Working on my own projects as well.

Im trying to succeed as an artist, however i feel like this is the best chance i have to improve my equipment anytime soon... listen to my work if u feel so inclined, everything is basically in spanish, but im looking foward to upload a english track i have in a notebook. I love the Miami Blue finish it looks so cool plus the new modern features including the push push button gives extra versatility and tones and I love the neck pickup sounds so this is a really special addition. The Pro 2 looks great,sounds great and will make a great new guitar addition for the music I love, blues,rock and jazz. I can do it all with this guitar.

Hi guys, there are no reason to choose me as a winner, but, the only think i can say is that me and my broter (bassplayer) are two lovers of Fener products. We usually play reaggae and caslipso with ours band but in this period are trying to explore the way of folk music. I should win it, well, should is a strong word because it indicates some privileged over other people, and to proclaim oneself entitled to something requires ignorance and arrogance. So I will supply my reason for joining this giveaway in a way that will not offend anyone whatsoever, at least I hope nobody will be offended. I just started getting into making music and am almost a complete beginner, so naturally, I have no gear. For this reason I shall be joining this giveaway, because I need a guitar. I love the Fender Strat sound. I am learning guitar and I am overwhelmed about the Strat tone. I am a big fan of John Frusciante and the way his Strat his pushed to the limits. I will be forever grateful for the opportunity to experience such a beautiful guitar.

After more than 2 years of abstinence, I went to the Music Station again and played 3 Fender American Professional II Strats, and again I noticed that the woods had little vibrancy, the maple necks were not very dense and responsive, there was little twang, little crunch , wiry-glassy, few overtones, sustain, attack, everything you associate with Fender guitars, everything is less than on my ESP 400 Series Strats and less than on my BLADE Texas models. This can be tested objectively and I can only say that I am extremely disappointed with this price-performance ratio. No, I can no longer objectively understand this adulation regarding Fender Strats. My first Stratocaster was a Fender American Standard Stratocaster and that was my worst guitar of all, a Fender Mexico Standard followed after that, but after I played the ESPs and the BLADEs everything was clear to me, and that proves itself again, every time, when I compare, the same result always comes out - what else can I say, it is true! The ESP-400-Series Strats and the BLADEs have objectively, noticeably and audibly better tonewood, the BLADEs even have a flattened neck-body-joint and covered fret slots and therefore much better playability!!! So, I'm done with Fender, I'm playing something clever, and at a much cheaper price. I don't want to talk anyone out of their love of Fender, I have nothing against you buying the (usually) worse guitars for a far too exorbitant price, you're welcome to do that. Then there will be more BLADEs for me, very simple! Thanks for listening!

I would like to get this guitar for my 9 year old son who has been playing just before his 5th birthday. He started playing a half size strat-like guitar. Now he outgrew this and is playing my first guitar. The Pot-meters are really squeaky and old. So this guitar would be a dream to replace the old one. Thanks for the nice Vid! Take care!

I'd love to win that guitar because i consider Fender the best guitar manufacturer and Strats and Teles are my favourite guitars. I'd play Pink Floyd, Hendrix, Red Hot.. There are so many legends for that

Why: Because I am at a intermediate skill level but I am still playing my $50 Chinese copy strat and have been wanting a upgrade for years. What: I would play everything from SRV blues to Chet Akins thumbpicking songs.

4½ years ago, I had to sell my Strat that was made on my birthday so I could move to my new job in Florida. If I win, I would play a little of everything because a Strat is so versatile.

I have been playing guitar for a couple of years now and ive actually gotten pretty good. The only thing thats hindering me is that my guitar is some really bad off - brand guitar thing, which makes it hard to play. If I had that strat that would make alot of cool music.

I would play some groovy and funky stuff like Parlament or Any song wrote by George Clinton. Fender guitars, as everybody know, are like Pringles: once you pop, you can't stop. Thanks again!

I’d love the new American Professional strat because I’m still playing my MIM I bought 13 years ago. Definitely time for an upgrade! First thing I’d play is some Van Halen!

Why: I Never had a Strat, and I'd really love to have a single coil guitar What: that distorted sound was incredible, so I think I would crank my amp all the way up and tear the walls down with some juicy riff 😎

Just swap the pick ups...little bit of a set up...Fret levelling....swap in a hot rail if you are a metal guy... Your guitar will play better than a fender....🤘

Woah, this looks like the ultimate modern Stratocaster... Fender nailed it with this one! I trully want to win this guitar as I'm a HUGE strat fan, but doesn't own one that makes justice to this iconic model yet. All my favorite guitarists play(ed) on strats: Frusciante, Hendrix, SRV, Gilmour, Clapton, Jeff Beck, John Mayer... and I'm pretty sure it's thanks to this model that I started playing the guitar. Of course I would play all my favourite songs from them, but also all other classical blues and rock songs, from Howlin' Wolf to Zappa and many more! Plus, it would pair magnificiently with my vintage wah.

Why: I like the sound... hot and Warm of this lovely Guitar... i’ve been playing jazz guitar for more then 4 years; with standard archtop gibson style... What: with the sound i’ve into my mind i guess this guitar would be a vintage new choice....specially with the neck pickup and a rolling back the tone...
