I just got one today for $300 cash and I also have him a super chorus and an mxr phase 95 pedal ! I've been praying for a fender amp to start playing again since I gave it up cause I was dealing with kidney failure but I got it and now I'm going to let loose and enjoy life !😁👍

Best sounding review of one these besides pro guitar shop. Usually people don't know how to get this amp to sound good for whatever reason. Probably because the ridiculous volume. Changing the 12ax7 preamp tubes to 12at7 dramatically helps with volume control

Matt Bortz Hi Matt, exaclty, totally agree with the volumen issue, its too much high so it doesn’t help to get tones so easly, i didnt try to change preamp tubes but I guess it would work as you say. Thank you very much for watching!

@@melpi65 so I've heard anyway, I've never actually tried replacing the preamp tubes. Forgot to mention fantastic playing as well!

Matt Bortz Thank you!! 😊, also its truth that whatever tubes you out with less gain and Volts it will traduce on less volume, so meaby for theses amps the key would be that

Thank you very much for your demo, it sounds amazing! Very soulful playing! Since I’m on the hunt for one myself, which speakers has this one? Are these the „specially designed for Fender Made in U.S.A.“ ones with the yellow and red/brown colored back? 8ohm 30 Watt Model V1030? Can you tell me how you set your knobs for this demo? Thank you very much for your answer :)

They came with a few different speakers, that’s why I asked. The one I’m looking into has the ones I described above, so would be nice to know if you have the same speakers built in yours, since yours sounds amazing.

Hello Miki, I'm not sure now but i think it was Bass and Middle on more than 5, and then treble on 4.

Hello Andy, thanks for the comment, in deed it's an amazing amp for Blues, little heavy and powerfull, but it has the bluesy tone :)

@@melpi65 I had the original Blues Deluxe as well as the Hot Rod Deville. I'm back to being a bass player now but I know those amps well.

@@andymarshman9546 Very well and very nice equipment you had! the Blues Deluxe i preffer it over the hot rod, it's more bluesy amp :), Hot rod is fine for me but my prefference is the blues Deluxe or Deville :). Merry Xmas!!!

@@deradler3261 Hi, i use a Sm57 and a Berhinger condensator, i'm don't remember the exact name because i don't have it anymore, but you can combine with any other condesator mic or senheiser e906-
