It was also great no phones in show and no backing tracks. Would of liked more guitar but he was busy on drums, singing and choreographed dancing. I would see him again.Iam music freak from King Diamond to Dwight Yokum to Andre Bocelli. I like real live amazing soul touching music.

Opening jam is fire man! Really beautiful guitar, the more i see it the more it grows on me. However like everyone mentioned, $3K is insane. I think the price tag is due to the fact that it's a limited edition. Fender looks like they're following the Gibson way (which is the wrong way imo).

Idk it doesn't really have any unique features. It's pretty much just a late 60s strat reissue with gold hardware in a new color

Awesome playing as always ! But was very disappointed by Fender to not have the artist to do the demo on their product intro video. And the price of this one is 10% higher than the Nile Rogers Hitmaker signature, so a bit hard to swallow. If you want a guitare associated with funk, I just wouldnt go with that one. I would even prefer the Cory Wong signature has it has unique features that other Strat dont have. This one looks, sounds and surely plays great... but the artist name alone doesnt justify the price.

Nice guitar but IMO it sounds less accurate for R&B. Most R&B guitar sounds warm to get softer feels.

Yes!! a multi-instrumentalist to be exact. There were lots of videos in KZfaq where he played acoustic and electric guitars. This one to be specific was he used in his concerts in Brazil and Chile last September 2023.
