Thanks. It's a very interesting pedal. You can get a lot of great unique tones. However, most of the tones seem more appropriate to black metal, or even garage rock, rather than shoegaze. The sag features adds a whole different texture you can control with your attack, but it has to be dialed in just right. Both the bass and guitar are run through the shields blender with the exact same settings. The bass then has an additional fuzz effect added, and the guitar an additional reverb effect. The bottom line is that this is a cool pedal, and it makes sense that Kevin Shields should partner up for additional signature model pedals. Like, how about a Yamaha SPX90 or Alesis Midiverb in a pedal?
