I hope you have a second opinion😂 The way he takes the 坐向 is very questionable. It’s too surface and generic. Since your project top after 2004, it’s considered as a period8 house. South2/3 facing will be a good house. Facing is not from the door in your case. 😂 “Dried” crystal trees are a no in fengshui. Stove sitting is way more important than facing 😅. Cheers!🥂

Electric car is a nightmare. Electricity is not cheap and it is a real hassle to get it charge, and moreover you go to another carpark to charge, you need to pay for the parking also… 😢
