I have an fenix E35..it stopped working suddenly.its battery is getting charged,what would be the possible issue in it

Hard to say without knowing the exact E35 (on the 4th edition now including E35R) - If its a UK serial light you can get in touch with us. If not you'll need to get in touch with your distributor or Fenix directly for warranty advice.

Is there any fix for the buttons on a TK41? The flashlight rarely turns on. I have to push the button may times to have it turn on/off. Thanks

I think my fenix is older. It had a gray square towards the top. The top is for the strobe and the bottom is for the regular flashlight. It's not working. Any help with older models? It says e35ue for model number

My Fenix UC35 turns on but really really low light is visible, also the copper mode button is blinking red rapidly... When trying to charge battery copper mode button turns green as if it was fully charged. I always take care of my lights the USB charging port is in perfectly physical conditions... What's wrong with my Fenix UC35? Thanks The issue started few days ago. Before that I have had this light working perfectly for almost a year or so.

Hi! I have a pd36r that suddenly stopped working, i tried a new battery but same problem remain. When i press it the charging light just flashes orange and nothing happens. I just took the backside apart and thought maybe the switch is broken, but it was working fine on another flashlight. So i try to open the frontpart/where the LED is but i dont know how to open it. Would appreciate some help. Thanks🙏

I have a TK21R, and whenever I plug it in to charge, it turns on, and won't turn off until I unplug the charger. I have tried multiple chargers with the same issue. Any Idea what is happening?

Hola! Hace 2 meses no utilizo mi LR40R. Ahora trato de cargarla y no funciona, no carga ni prende las luces indicadoras de carga. Cual puede ser el problema? Desde ya muchas gracias

Lo mejor es ponerse en contacto con su distribuidor. Si dejaste la linterna sin batería durante 2 meses, podría haber dañado la batería. ¿Es un V1 o V2? (traducido del traductor de Google)

I dropped my Fenix E50 torch now the switch is mucking me around. I dont think they make this model anymore 2 x 18650's but you can take one out to make it a mini torch -its 210 mm long in its long form. It wont stay on, have to keep my finger on it.

Respected sir, when I put normal AA batteries on my ld9 model , I have to extremely tight the head cap, Without it it's blinking like short circuit. Is it a hight problem with normal AA batteries? Can I use a 14500 for that problem? I think it's a little taller than normal AA batteries. Guide me plz

The unit takes 14500 so shouldn't be an issue on height. I suspect a dry O-Ring might be the issue. When they get dry to prevent you from tightening properly and in some cases stop the lights from turning on. Use a Silicon based lubricant (NOT organic or petroleum!! - these can destroy orings) and that should tighten better.

Hi, If a light has a problem, return it to the distributor for the country it was bought from and it can often be repaired. Fenix lights have a 5 year warranty for lights with removable batteries, 2 years warranty for lights with non removable batteries and the removable batteries have a 1 year warranty. Outside of this Fenix will try to repair any light if parts are still available. To identify the distributor and country of origin go to www.fenixlight.com/ and select service support and then serial number. The MyFenix Team

My fenix EO5 doesn't turn on at all I've cleaned the body and the contact ring on the body and even changed the battery but no good :(

Best contact your local distributor for help or contact Fenix directly. If its a switch issue then it will have to be sent for repair - contact them on info@fenixlight.com

my fenix uc35 the led bulb maybe expire..

Hi Linda, the LEDs are rated for 50,000 hours operation so dont tend to fail. If you contact your local distributor they will be able to advise on how to identify the cause of your problem and what can be done to get it rectified
