I'm a full-time NEWBORN AND BABY photographer in the Netherlands and I'd like to show you a bit more of my life as a photographer. Are you interested in photography? Are you looking for a free-online Photography course? Do you want to see the inside of a Photo Studio? Then my videos might be fun to watch!
In my videos I show you my typical work-week as a photographer. You'll see you tips & tricks concerning photography, photo shoots, backdrops, studio props, camera settings (iso, aperture, shutter speed, white balance), photoshoot outfits, photoshoot make-up etc.

I started watching your videos around 7/8 months ago when I had a vision of becoming a newborn and baby photographer. Ive got caught up in the comparing my work to others, paying above odds for “courses” and I lost my motivation. Coming back and watching some of your recent videos has really grounded me and made me refocus on why I wanted to become a newborn and baby photographer in the first place. Thank you for being you 💛💛

I love that you are doing albums. It’s a keepsake for years to come that will be much appreciated by the child as they grow older. I can say this from the fact that I have no pictures of me as a baby or toddler, and I have always felt deprived. So, don’t listen to the naysayers out there ( I know you won’t 😊). I want to offer prints for the same reasons you mentioned and need to get some sample albums from a few labs in the USA. You keep doing you, Fenna! Have a Happy, healthy, and prosperous New Year!

Good for you in making the jump to price increase and offering products! Your work deserves to be displayed. Yes you'll lose the "cheaper" clients but gain the ones who value you more. Anyway, enjoy watching your videos. Someday I'll get my own space to work.

Love your videos! Question...how are you able to wipe your backdrop paper? Do you have plexiglass or something on top of it? Also, how do you attach the props to the backdrop?

Thank you! I ordered them from Nphoto. (Formally Eprint in the Netherlands, which I used for wedding albums as well). Beautiful products for professionals and I think they print in many other countries as well. I'm really happy with the product, however the printing and shipping time can take 2-3 weeks, which is a bit long.

What do you spray to clean it ? What backdrop material is that that you can spray and clean and won’t destroy ? For cake smashes to be able to reuse it

De albums zijn prachtig. De foto s natuurlijk ook! Zelf houd ik niet van het maken van albums. Gewoon geen tijd voor, ik fotografeer liever. En als ik kijk wat ik zelf doe met mijn albums.. eh te weinig. Ik wil de foto s echt zien. Aan de muur en overal waar maar kan. Maar dat is gewoon mijn mening. De mening van mijn klanten.. ( ik ben meer dan 14 jaar fotograaf) In al die jaren heb ik 6 albums gemaakt. Verder nooit vraag naar gehad. Maar je moet doen wat goed voelt, en waar je zelf achter staat. En je prijzen.. mogen zeker omhoog.

The album... is so much a sale to the female (so much with weddings). Similarly to me I have come to understand that my brain remembers well what my child was, but also understand that they today are not what they were. However, the female is not a male... for better but also for worse. That being said, the simplicity of the album, the small number of pages, is a fantastic concept. I, a guy, have been bored by having to(?) page through a larger album... come on, who does not know that we guys fake the liking of doing so? I do think that offering the books/albums is a good idea, but I suggest not counting on it.
