I was startled when I saw this boy because he's the image of a boy I lost to sinus cancer 3 years ago. Black cats all have a special place in my heart but the white locket makes him magical. Love, love, love them.

And once again, it's the black kitties who are the most talkative....loved his reaction to the nip!

Some 30ish years ago, we had a kitty that looked exactly like this one with the white spots in the same places too. She was a friendly feral that we befriended and then adopted and brought into the house. We called her "Sally in our alley". But when she came indoors, she was just Sally. She was our First rescue! Since then, we've adopted all rescues! Rescues are the best breed!! Thank you Chris for all you do helping out kitties and bringing joy into their lives!!

The first cat in our household was a black jelly bean with only a small bunch of white hairs on her chest. She found us when we moved in next door to where she had been left behind to fend for herself by a... a... careless person. She had lived by hunting and an iccasional handout fir over a year. We said she was such a hard luck kitty that she didn't even get a whole locket. Her build was very similar to the star in this video.

Thank you Chris for highlighting feral cats in this video. I take care of some cats and 1 of them is still totally feral while the other lets me pet him sometimes. The only problem I have with them is trying to get them into carriers to get their shots at the vets. I wish that you lived up in New York state so you could meet my fur babies! You and Jess are the greatest for taking care of your babies and brightening the day of those of us who found your channel. I wish that all men were so good with cats.

The second year, I noticed the plant was big and bushy one day to the following day one side was missing a large swath. It was suggested the squirrels ate catnip, to cage it off. Sure enough I purchase a roll of wire, can caged the plant. The following morning as I was backing out of my driveway, a large ginger cat was laying next to the plalnt, one paw through the wire and chewing for all he was worth. Fresh catnip is much more potent than dried. PS, some cats become nasty drunks on catnip.
