My Illustrations are made from simple calligraphic brushes from Adobe Illustrator. My dynamic outline style look like automatic, but it is not. Actually this is my skill for outlining, which I press heavy to get a bolder stroke and press soft to have a thin stroke. But I created a Brush Pack that simulate my technique. gumroad.com/l/irregularbrush You don't need to press light or press heavy to make your irregular outline. I created every single brush in order to help you to save energy and time. You don't even need a drawing tablet to do that =).

hi, when you finish the inner contour of the mushroom 2:10 , you were magically fill it with black, tell me how did you do it? what option you have?

Filip Make sure you have closed the contour with blobbrush , then I use the shortcut “A” (it is an arrow icon, which selects edges - I forgot the name), select any one single edge inside the closed contour, then press delete twice to delete the selected edge plus the remaining edges. Hope I have clarified, please let me know if you understand it.

I've tried using your method for creating uneven line work and I find it difficult to replicate do you purposefully change the pressure on the tablet when drawing

You can turn down the correction on your strokes by going to the settings for it I think

You can block objects in Illustrator by selecting them and pressing CTRL 2

Make sure you created a closed shape, with no holes. Select it, right click, release compound path. OR Select it, object, compound path, release. Hope I have helped.

How do you make sure the lines connect to form shapes? I usually find my self drawing and have gaps

You have to pay attention while you're lining art. Many times I realized that the lines are not connected and I couldn't colorize at all. So I need to figure out and look for those "holes" in the lineart and close them.

Your light source is confusing, the mushrooms have a light source from the top right of the caps, and the "fox" (sorry but towards the end it looked more like a weasel) was showing a light source from the left side casting a shadow on the right side. Did you do this on purpose or did you miss it?
