Ferrari > Lamborghini This is just my opinion but i love the huracan and aventador but ferrari is just more luxurious and fits in more

Ferrari 458 redefined the top level sports car. Still after 9 years the 458 is still among the very best. 488 improved on that even more by offering the best turbocharged engine in the world. And LaFerrari is at the top of hyper car class.

458 sounds different because of the firing order. Shelby GT350R has a more deep muscle sound

The Lamborghini Huracan is a beautiful car and one many people would want to own. But I think that particular Lamborghini is more age appropriate for someone under 35 years old. The Ferrari 458 is a timeless beautiful car for all ages. And that style will be amazing 30 years from now!

Anthony Fulton the LFA is INSANELY overpriced. $375,000 for a car that would compete with R8 that's $180,000.

Yeah the 2010 458's are seemingly good deals.... but their 7 year warranty is up!! And we all know the annual service and service in general is pretty horrifyingly expensive. Fantastic car though!

Honestly isn't this the perfect supercar? If you say supercar this is the first one that should come to mind. Fast, not uncomfortable, and not too over the top. Except the price. You can get an F430 for like 100k less.

I agree someone should make an equal length header for the GT350... I think the firing order is different in the Shelby and that contributes to a difference in sound character also.

The GT Guys there are definitely some major differences (the crankshaft in the Ferrari is WAY lighter) but it would be super cool

Yeah, the firing order of the GT350 contributes greatly to the sound. But how cool would it be to throw a set of equal length headers on a gt350, and get that other-worldly Ferrari flat plane sound?!

Thanks for the review. It is a fantastic car, which attracts a lot of attention, especially in red. BTW, at 5:25 you said: "previous generation 458 softtop" when you actually meant "430".

I think because the ferrari has 2 intakes. one for either side of the cylinder banks also give it a different sound to the shelby which only has 1 throttle body feeding the one intake for all 8 cylinders.

Although the ferrari 458 definetely isn't cheap, it is a lot cheaper than it looks, it looks like its worth at least $300k

You should buy one Parker! I got to drive a 458 coupe twice on a race track, 1 of them being the Monza Race track in Italy. I know there are faster cars but this thing is unbelievably brilliant.

The headers don't have much to do with the Shelby not sounding like a Ferrari. It's more so the firing order and different crankshaft design. But that's fine. It'd be weird seeing a Mustang pass by sounding like an F1 car
