■ Ferrari have revealed the extent of the upgrades they are working on for the Imola GP and it seems like we are going to see a massive overhaul on the SF-24. However, with the grid being much closer now than in 2023, could this step prove to be enough to challenge Red Bull on a weekly basis-which is where Vasseur’s hopes and dreams lie-and, more importantly, could Ferrari distinguish themselves as a championship-winning team in 2024, despite the progress that McLaren made?

Ferrari has the best engine on the grid I have no doubt that if these upgrades do work they will be very strong

One of the positives of these upgrades is, or they're not working, the team can always revert back to the original setups, which is not perfect, but worked so far.

I think McLaren made a big step however considering Piastri's pace with little upgrades it would point to them having been very well suited to the track. I think if you took the cars as they are now, the Ferrari would still be stronger on a more consistent basis. The upgrades will likely cement it

In formula one it is very hard to blame the drivers. Its always the car except for strolls 🤣

I think Mclaren have improved a lot but lets be honest it was the free pitstop that got them the win with excellent driving by Lando to make it happen. It all bodes well for some very interesting results to come. might be some fights for first place look out Max they are coming after you.

the thing is pace between norris and piastri is really not that far considering the upgrade package that norris have. i wonder if.. well you know..

if piastri car got update the same time norris get.. just ..maybe they can really grab 1-2 position. if they consistent with the pace and calm mind. we need more 3 battle way . not just maxx hahaha.

This is all hype the teams release to the media to create a buzz and deflect from the fact Red Bull and Verstappen are unstoppable. F1 is trying to maintain the buzz and popularity of the 2021 season when there was a real battle for No 1. So they're using social media like crazy to advertise the sport. All these teams will find a tenth or two throughout the season, but as I said, all the teams will do it, including Red Bull who will counter whatever Ferrari, McLaren, etc will bring and Verstappen will win 19 or 20 races this season.

To catch Red Bull, a team needs to stumble upon a something the rules didn't catch, like the 2009 Brawn F1 team did with the double diffuser. Until someone can figure out how to get the downforce Red Bull has AND straight line speed, including DRS speed, Red Bull will continue to dominate until the 2026 season. My prediction for 2026 is, Red Bull will have a superior areo car, but their power plant will let them down for several season with going to Ford. Ford, or any new engine supplier, will not be able to design a dominant engine for several years. Look how long it took Honda to get there.

At this points i think its all staged by Mohammed Ben Sulayem to keep interest in F1. Nobody loves a hyperdominant team/driver. The 2021 season despite all its controversy was very exciting but the last 3 are meh with RB/Max dominating
