The problem with Ferrari Testarossa cars is the price difference in other countries. In USA or England, the price is around 115k$ - 180k$ but in like Sweden/Norway/Finland/Denmark, it cost around 20k - 100k. But it's a great car it was the first car I ever drove.

I don't notice the Ferraris of the 2000s. Most of them seem bland and lack character. The last interesting car they made was the F355. At least they tried to make it powerful and beautiful. I'd love to drive the Testarossa or at least its later cousin the 512. I have seen one in real life and the first thing you will notice is how wiiide it is. It truly represents what a muscle car should be: low, huge and powerful.

I own a Lancia Delta HF turbo from 1992 and it has the same exact simple sticks for the blinkers and wipers...awesome. And also the steering wheel is basically the same but with the Lancia logo. Just simple and pure, slim and slick design, not like the chubby ones you see nowadays

A friend had one. Engine out for timing belt service at 30k miles. 200 miles later engine out when the clutch needed to be replaced. Ouch

The car was designed to remove the engine from the bottom of the car IN A DAY….the rear axle comes-with, but a person working alone could do it themselves with a lift and a set of metric tools.

@@cd2920 If you work on Italian cars, you have about 3-6 10mm sockets, box-wrenches, spanners, and a variety of other common metric sizes. But the TR engine is actually easier to remove than the 348 engine or the Mondial T.

Spent my enlistment bonus, and military salary on one back in 09. My command was more than pissee off. Sold it 6 years later for nearly double. Used the money to buy a multi family unit. 2 years ago I bought it back for 15k more than I sold it. I love this car.

Very cool! On Ferraris, I found this video searching to see if I could find the reason many old Ferraris only had a single wing mirror, on the drivers' side, rather than two like this and most other cars! I'd guess it was to reduce drag, but you'd think that it would more upset their aerodynamics, because both sides didn't match! Perhaps it was more to leave one side cleaner for taking pictures of! 😯😂 . Indeed early models of the Testarossa only came with one mirror, before getting a second one, after the first year or two, and certainly after playing Gran Turismo 7 a lot, the 512 BB, 308, Dino and is it the 364 (whichever one was called the Daytona), are like that among the older models at least! 😯😀🤘 .
