I believe it was whipped cream.

The filling was whipped cream but not what they actually used to frost it. I don’t think they said but I suspect Swiss? Just because it seems so white. But hey it could be American (though I’d still use Swiss it’s much better in my opinion).

Me encanta como decoran sus pasteles, de una forma muy simple, limpia y sofisticada. En una ocasión hice un pastel para mi niño, relleno y cubierto con chantilly, pero cuando ya lo tenía decorado.... se le veía una LONGITA como si el relleno se le estuviera saliendo.... que puedo hacer chicos?

That Ferrero Rocher cake looks so yummy 😋. One small suggestion is to place the frozen cakes on a plate or even cardboard, instead of directly on the working table.

If you get oil based food coloring it’s easy to color your chocolate also using coco butter pieces in you’re white chocolate melts helps the consistency
